GoogleCan either be really helpful or rude and difficult to deal with; also claim people are out of the office so cannot take your call - but little in between. It is definitely not easy dealing with them over a period of time, as no two days are the same.

FacebookAVOID !!!!!! Blown windows for 3 years never been fixed after renting with this company !!!! The mice issues haven’t been sorted because of another tenants hygiene problems which I have photo evidence of and nothing still hasn’t been done and to make it worse I have 2 children under 5 and all I have got from this company is I have to deal with it myself this company is a absolute disgrace , because I have complained on numerous occasions I was served a section 21 for just after Christmas thank Oakwood merry Christmas to you too !!!! Update !!! This is what I have woken up to this morning and I have informed you of this I will expect you to talk to other tenants to sort this problem !!!!
Kelly - your grievance will be looked into, but any notice served will have been on the instructions of the landlord, we do not have authority to do so.

Facebookabsolutely avoid like the plague! firstly they seem all nice trying to get you to reng their properties with empty promises "oh this wi be fixed, that will be sorted". then day of moving in absolutely nothing has been done. they them promise it will be sorted straight away. we waited 2 weeks for a hob and a week without heating or hot water in the beginning of febuary! with having 2 very very young children this was appaling! then when i complained because the works still hadn't been done i was fobbed off over and over again with the agent hannah saying she will get back to me. guess what? i had to keep chasing her as she NEVER got back to me. absolutely appalling when you actually start to dread talking to them when they make you feel bad for trying to get issues fixef wich should of been done. and then to top it all off my 9 year relationship broke down with my ex partner who was working so single mum with a 9 months old and a 1 year old had to claime benefits. never missed a payment was always reliable but because i had to go on benefits i was served a section 21! i was living there 6 months and they was fully prepared to kick me and my 2 babies out on the street. when i BEGGED for my flat hannah was so unsympathetic. when it came to me moving out well what can i say! i was blamer for absolutely everything they HADN'T done before i moved in on me! thankfully i had photographed evidence proving it was already there. they tried to take my whole deposit of £900 when the place was perfect infact i actually improved the grotty flat! luckily i won the case after appealing and it going to a decision maker. but if you read it this far you to would advoid them! i wasted £2,000 on moving into the flat making it a home ect for 6 months later to be served with a section 21.absolutely disgusting

FacebookI’ve really appreciated the friendly and efficient service offered by Oakwood as a landlord. I felt there was a bit of a dip whilst Kate was away but they are back on form now! Quick responses to emails and finding me a new tenant pretty fast despite a last minute let down. Thanks to Amy in particular for finalising everything, to Kate and to Harry for sorting out maintenance quotes etc.

FacebookJust wanted to say a big thank you to Amy Davies for her patience and for not giving up on my nightmare referencing, no thanks to an accountant that was allergic to answering the phone or emails to provide us with the last piece of paperwork that we needed I was pestering her and Oakwood like mad because I was worried I was going to lose the chance to get the property, but she always took time out to take my calls and even helped me get all the documents uploaded correctly by doing it herself when technically she didn’t have to, and managed to secure me my property. Friendly and professional from start to finish and I can’t wait to move back to Ramsgate and be in my new place. Thanks again Simon Fisher

GoogleOakwood Homes have been amazing. Hayley in the Birchington office originally dealt with us when viewing a property, and was really helpful and honest. She then put us in touch with Darren from the Margate office to help sell our property. As soon as we met him we were confident with putting our property on the market with him, and 2 weeks later, following a large number of viewings, we accepted an offer on it. We can't thank the Oakwood team enough for how efficient they've been and how easy they were to get hold of (Darren even replying to several emails out of hours and helping us along the way) Thanks guys,
