I'd like to say a huge thankyou to the lettings team at Oakwood, especially Stacey and Ethan for their efforts in securing our favoured property. After having to deal with our current tenancy and problematic landlord, they moved swiftly to get us into another suitable property forthwith. I have been in contact pretty much every day for the last few months and Stacey and Ethan have been very accommodating to our needs at a difficult and stressful time - now we are about to move into a new property and it has been a smooth process thanks to their efforts. Thank you guys 😁😁😁

We received great service when looking to rent a property...I was amazed at how hard the staff work to help you. The staff were in constant communication with us, never left us wondering and were a great help with explaining the steps and everything included as this was our first time going through an estate agents due to poor service many years ago with a different agency. Kate, Lorraine and Nicky are particularly fantastic a real credit to the company.

The lettings team are incredibly helpful for first time private tenants; Lorraine was an integral part of us getting what we really wanted and made sure we understood every step, Leonie (pre-maternity leave) was lovely and bubbly which made it feel less intimidating when house checks were due and we cannot fault accounts which have been seamless. We have been renting through Oakwoods for almost 2 years now. Sometimes contact is a little slow since Leonie's mat-leave when asking about issues or whatever else but nothing too dire. The only thing we would question is the deposit requested for a pet which is half one month's rent which is 4 x what we actually paid to adopt our two cats!

Having purchased a new build home, of which I was urged to complete on in a certain time frame, it wasn’t actually completed and so now find myself living on a building site with a vast snagging list. Having gained assurance by Andrew the director a robust review would be undertaken and a response received within 7 days I’m now getting into 3 weeks with no answers. Do I have to take it to a more formal setting? I hope not.

Very difficult circumstances at present with the Government's Lockdown still very much in place, yet, Kate was absolutely amazing in helping us acquire our dream home.
