GoogleWhether was having emails completely ignored, or being told I'd get a call back, but never would. The customer service was horrible. Then they stole a deposit from me. Worst experience with a lettings agency I've had.

GoogleHaving given the management opportunity to address specific issues raised the lame response was to blame everyone else other than the staff involved - poor response,poor professionalism could go on just hope that the detailed points raised have behind closed doors been addressed.

GoogleIf you want a company to waste your time and steal money off you then look no further. I made an offer, it was accepted. Then less than a week before I was to take the flat the landlord suddenly pulled out, and Oakwood decided to steal the holding deposit from me with no good reason.

FacebookThis shady company stole my holding deposit when the landlord suddenly pulled out of the agreement. During the referencing process, emails went ignored, I was constantly being told so and so would call me back but they wouldn't. Four people were emailing me and had contradictory information. When I pointed out the reason they gave for not returning my deposit was false, they simply changed the reason entirely. They wasted my time and stole money from me.
