GoogleI am relocating to Margate with a friend for work. The timeframe I have had to sort accomodation between being offered my contract and starting work has been relatively short so finding a property of such high standard has been a huge relief. I had seen good reviews about Oakwood before contacting them and was not dissapointed. GoogleI have only had very positive experience of Oakwoods while buying this property. There was great communication from them and they effectively liaised with the seller to ensure that the purchase went as smoothly as possible. These are difficult times and at all times they followed the requirements to keep everyone safe. I would definitely sell my property through them but having just bought one I don't plan on doing so just yetPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleOverall the experience was good - they recommended a solicitor who was great and worked to my time frame to complete with 3 months. Not much after sales would be my only observation compared with some other agents that I am aware of.
