GoogleOakwood have found tenants for my properties very successfully for many years and have always found good tenants. I have now handed over all my properties on a full management basis and very pleased with the service their rental department provide, very professional and all are excellent communicators. Also rents received by Oakwood are transferred to me on the day they receive each rental payment. I would not hesitate to recommend Oakwood to any Landlord looking for an Agent. I would mention a member of staff as being particularily good, but that would be very difficult as they are all equally as good, so thank you all.

GoogleTerrible company for renters. The landlord's wishes are more important than basic living requirements. We rented with Oakwood for 8 months and had: no working boiler for 9 weeks (until the council got involved), a front door entry system that didn't work. a fridge freezer that broke and we wasn't allowed to replace, electric switches that shocked you, a mouse infestation that ran on for month... I could go on but I have since moved and want to put this horrible situation behind me. And all for a flat that amounts to nearly 80% of an average monthly income.

GoogleFrom my first telephone call with Kate, Site meeting with Alex and there on in with all staff, my experience has been speedy and efficient. I could not have asked for anymore. The service suggested, actions required have all been delivered as promised. A total of days to help me find a tennant. Thank you all. I shall be leaving the name option below blank as I feel every member of staff I have had the pleasure of speaking to, to date, all stand out as a credit to the company. Oakwood's I thank you and may our positive relationship continue.
