GoogleKane Taylor From Oakwood Langley, was great in handling our purchase . Any sale/purchse is not easy process but we were guided throughout the process very well.Our queries were answered promptly and Whole team particularly Kane, worked effectively to finish our purchase in record. Solicitors and the surveyor suggested by Kane were absolute gems too. We are glad that Oakwood were our estate agents.

GoogleI was very grateful for all the help and support that I received from Rebecca and Kate. When I was advised that my tenancy would be coming to an end after 21 years at the property I was feeling very sad and overwhelmed knowing that I would have to find another place to live. After seeing lots of properties on the market it was clear that this move was going to be a struggle. On top of having to source somewhere new to live my Mother was taken into Hospital for an emergency heart operation so my stress levels were very high. Fortunately for me, Rebecca & Kate were on hand to help navigate me through the world of renting they made sure that I was kept up to date, completed paperwork where necessary and generally supported me through the whole process. I managed to get moved into my new home over the weekend and am now trying to unpack boxes etc but at least we are in and ready to make new memories. Thankyou Oakwood I don’t think I could have done this journey without you.

On the letting side, My special thanks go to Kate Mardon who has been extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly over the years. I had total faith at all times in her reliability, expertise and professionalism. With regard to the recent sale (due to complete on Friday) I cannot praise Maia enough for the excellent service I received from her. She kept me updated every step of the way and succeeded in gaining an offer over and above the asking price. Again, her professional approach, reliability and communication skills have been exemplary. Every person I have dealt with has been friendly, efficient and professional. Please pass my commendation and thanks to everyone of your staff that it has been a pleasure for me to deal with over the years.

GoogleInvited 4 estate agents in to value my mother's home and thought all of them were professional and easy to deal with. However, I had a gut feeling that Oakwood were going to be the most proactive at selling the house and getting me close to the asking price that they and 2 other agents agreed on. I wasn't disappointed, as they lined up something like 8 viewings inside the first week and I had an acceptable offer 5 days after the 1st viewing - the quickest I have ever sold a property. Completion was done in 11 weeks despite some incompetence from the buyers solicitor (which Oakwood managed to sort out at the final hurdle). I would definitely recommend.
