I wouldn't recommend this estate agent. We liked a house we wanted to put an offer for, Kate Lawry said she needs us to speak to her own mortage broker to see if we can afford it. Explained to her I have already spoken to my own mortage broker and got the mortage in principle in place. I had already sent this to her as proof I felt pressured into using their own mortage broker otherwise they would recommend another buyer over me. Also once my offer was accepted they were still taking on other offers. I eventually lost the house. They tried to do this with another client. Their offer was accepted, and they called me to see if I was still looking and If I wanted to put a higher offer. Do not use this agent, Kate Lawry is unprofessional and rude. We viewed a property with Beth. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. Beth showed us around and gave us full detail of the property and each room whilst also ensuring we had the chance to take in the property ourselves. It was clear that Beth was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to provide thorough details of local schools, stations and shops which we found very helpful as we are not as familiar with the area. The detail that Beth was able to provide was more than we have experienced with other estate agents. Overall we found Beth to be enthusiastic, friendly and happy to answer any questions. The whole team at Oakwood are great, professional and easy to work with both on rentals and sales. They organised in excess of 20 viewings on our house, we ended up with 4 great offers. Louise was an absolute star organising a full day of viewings , Chris and Jamie are also a pleasure to work with. Served and helped by Maia through the process. She was extremely helpful and accommodating of our conditions, and really helped us to do things at a speed that suited us. When showing us the house, she really took her time to explain everything about the house, and let us take our time to see the property fully. She was willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with everything. She communicated properly throughout, and never allowed us to feel clueless about what was going on. There were several parties involved in the process and never once sounded agitated and r frustrated at the constant questions or change in info. Overall 10/10 service

I want to highly recommend Oakwood Estates and especially the Iver Office to all prospective Landlords and Tenants. The Letting Team at Oakwood Estates in Iver is absolutely spot on in every aspect from advertising your property to let, conducting viewings and getting the right tenants for your property. Landlords your property will be in safe hands and likewise tenants can trust Oakwood Estates in Iver to getting you the best property to let within your budget. Landlords I would recommend the management service offered by Oakwood Estates as their is a dedicated department that manages your property from preforming 6 monthly property inspections, rent collection, handling any maintenance issues, gas and electric checks. Practically everything is done in house at Oakwood Estates. I speak from previous experience as Oakwood Estates has managed my property for many years and I can say hand on heart that Oakwood Estates is the best I want to recommend and praise Rebecca who is the senior negotiator at the Iver Office. Rebecca is highly professional and very committed to achieving the highest standards of service to both landlords and tenants. Rebecca takes pride in everything she does and she ensures that everything she has been instructed to do is delivered accurately and on time. Rebecca is highly motivated and is a credit to Oakwood Estates. Rebecca is a shining star and always does her utmost to make sure both Landlords and Tenants are 100% satisfied. I would also like to recommend Kane who is Head of Oakwood Estates Lettings Services and covers all the offices. Kane is a fabulous leader and his team is a credit to both him and Oakwood Estates. We had our property on the market some months with a local estate agent and were getting nowhere. We changed over to Christopher and the team at Iver. Within two weeks Gemma had shown a couple our house and they made an immediate offer which was accepted. She new what amount we were looking for and managed to secure that sum. The couple that purchased our property also said to us that Gemma was lovely and helpful during the viewing. Carole and myself have now retired and so grateful that Gemma was able to secure the sale which has enabled us to get on with the rest of lives.
