GoogleThe property was alright, although it was a little smaller than I had expected. There were also no windows apart from a pair of skylights/sunroofs, which was something I hadn’t anticipated. Charlotte was absolutely wonderful throughout the viewing. She showed me around, explained all the details clearly, and was extremely professional and helpful. She also provided me with brochures and information about potential upcoming properties in Datchet, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Charlotte and would be happy to deal with her again.

GoogleWe had a long and at times quite complicated sale, with several delays further down the chain, and Maia Adams was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always helpful, responsive and proactive in chasing the other side, solicitors and the rest of the chain whenever things slowed down. What we appreciated most was that she kept us regularly updated, explained clearly what was happening and continued pushing matters forward even when progress was frustratingly slow. Maia made a stressful process much easier to deal with and we always felt that she was genuinely doing everything she could to help get the sale over the line. A huge thank you to Maia Adams for all her persistence, communication and support throughout the process. Highly recommended.

GoogleI've come to learn that the house hunt is a tedious and stressful experience for a renter, and on the whole, as pleasant as the agents are when showing you around, there is a distinct lack of energy in general, but then we were shown around a house by Shana from Oakwood, who was full of positive energy, helping us see beyond what was in front of us, and making the experience more then we expected. Along side that communication before and after has been prompt and professional
