GoogleWe viewed a property with Beth. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. Beth showed us around and gave us full detail of the property and each room whilst also ensuring we had the chance to take in the property ourselves. It was clear that Beth was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to provide thorough details of local schools, stations and shops which we found very helpful as we are not as familiar with the area. The detail that Beth was able to provide was more than we have experienced with other estate agents. Overall we found Beth to be enthusiastic, friendly and happy to answer any questions. GoogleFive star experience from start to finish, our primary contact being Conor at the Langley branch. House took approximately 5 weeks in accepting an offer, with completion being 13 weeks later. Dealing with Conor throughout the whole process was a major help. With a number of queries to resolve in the sale, especially in the last few days before exchange, help & guidance was always at hand. To anyone thinking which estate agent to proceed with their property sale, Oakwood & Conor at Langley come highly recommended.

GoogleWe viewed 4 properties with Clare Barbe across different areas of Maidenhead. She was extremely knowledgable, well prepared and informed. Most of all, she took interest in us and really cared about understanding our needs and we never felt like she wanted to sell us anything not appropriate for us. We've been supported by Abbi Watson as well who has been excellent and helped identify the properties for viewing. In the end, none of the properties fully meet our needs but we will continue our search with Oakwood - and especially Clare - as our preferred agent. Oakwood's range of properties seems to be extensive and the administrative side of things has all worked smoothly and effectively for us so far.
