TrustpilotKorben is a Legend
I recently had the pleasure of working with Korben Levey from Oakhart, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to understand my requirements and matched me with the perfect property in no time. The entire rental process was seamless thanks to his clear communication and proactive approach. He kept me informed at every step, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured that everything was stress-free. What truly stood out was his genuine commitment to making the experience positive. It’s rare to find a letting agent that is so personable and reliable. I highly recommend Korben at Oakheart to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience. He made what can often be a daunting process feel straightforward and enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding service! Serg

TrustpilotKorben best agent
Korben has been the best agent we have ever dealt with. Extremely polite, friendly gentle young man who showed that he actually cared about landlords AND potential tenants as equals which meant a lot. The landlords 92 year old mother lives on site and Korben was so sweet with her showing great respect and kindness like it was his own grandmother. He took his time answering all our questions and was on hand to help with search apps etc which for us 'oldies' can sometimes pose a problem! Such a lovely experience all the stress taken away by one young man thanks so much Korben!

GoogleI had my house listed with another agent for 3 months before making the decision to switch to George at Oakheart Bury and my only regret was not doing so sooner! Fantastic communication, followed through exactly what he said he would do and also negotiated my onward purchase saving me a large amount of money. George is a credit to the company, it’s clear to see why this company will go from strength to strength!

GoogleFrom start to finish Oakheart were absolutely fantastic, and I would highly recommend them. After waiting patiently for probate to clear. They went to work and sold my late Stepfathers home quickly. Big thanks Daniel and all of the team at Oakheart Bury St Edmunds. All did a fantastic job.

GoogleOakheart were with us the whole way. They had an excellent online sales progression tracker, which kept us informed of what we had yet to do and what the seller had done. Everyone we spoke to from Oakheart was super friendly and were always willing to take work of our shoulders.

GoogleWe have been trying to purchase a property for when we relocate to the UK. George has been outstanding. He took the time to call us in the US with available properties - something no other agent has ever done. If you are thinking of selling your property with Oak Heart, know that you will have an agency that truly values your business and will go above and beyond to find a buyer.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property through Oakheart and were really pleased with the whole process from the first viewing to the day we collected the keys. We had a few stressful moments with mortgage application but Dan and George were supportive, patient and professional. We would highly recommend Oakheart if you are considering selling your home or buying a property in their listings.

TrustpilotGreat service
Met with Korben at Oakheart, who assisted with arranging the viewing, showing the place of interest, and helping us through the process. He’s been incredibly helpful and approachable along with being so prompt to reply to emails. During the viewing he gave us time to look around and answer any questions we had. We were also late to view the property due to heavy traffic but Korben was so patient and reassuring. Thank you for providing a great service!
