This is available 24/7 and is kept completely up to date. The team work hard and are very knowledgeable, professional & polite. Our property was on the market for 8 months (3 with a different estate agents). Oakheart only provided viewings to people who were able to offer should the property be to their taste. They always called prior to confirming viewings and were flexible around my working from Home. After we accepted an offer, the buyers had a lot of questions in general and Oakheart fielded a lot of this for us reducing the stress of moving house. Steve especially helped a lot when finalising the agreements and ensuring the buyers where clear and had all the relevant information and what to expect as they were 1st time buyers and had many queries which he dealt with professionally and timely, again reducing The stressful impact to us throughout the entire period. We would highly recommend Oakheart of your selling your property and a huge thank you to Steve for getting the sale across the line while keeping is completely confident in his & his teams abilities.

Amy Doig is an absolute credit to Oakheart. She is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly good at her job. She has been a life saver throughout this entire buying and selling process and would not want to go through this process again without an agent like her! She’s always there to pic up a call and give reassurance. The support and time she has given us has been amazing. We’ve had our property up for sale with Oakhart Bury st Edmund’s since July 2025. We have only had 3 viewings all of which we have done ourselves as no agents have been available to do the viewings. The photos of the property are great but I had to ask for them to be rearranged as they were not in order and had just been uploaded with a generic listing description when the property was first listed. The communication with Andrew (the agent dealing with the sale of our home) has been extremely poor, we are constantly given excuses on new builds and incentives being offered as an excuse for why we aren’t getting anyone through the door or getting any interest in the property. I would recommend doing some more research into estate agents before choosing Oakhart.
