TrustpilotOakheart found our ideal home in minutes
My partner and I had been looking for our ideal rental property for some time; we wanted to find a perfect house to rent until we decide to buy. Oakheart found it for us in minutes. Rich was brilliant and knowledgeable, and even gave us advice about ending our current tenancy. Korben went out of his way on a weekday evening to view this house with us, and was professional, understanding and welcoming. He has since maintained amazing communication, vouched for us throughout our application, and has walked us through every step. As a tenant, the support you get from Oakheart is next level. We will be recommending Korben and Rich to friends and family in the area! Thanks both!

GoogleThis is a comment on the help we received from a member of staff at Oakheart Estate Agents, Sudbury, Suffolk. The member of staff is Chloe. Throughout our contacts with Chloe, whilst assisting us with finding possible properties, accompanying us to viewings, and dealing with the complexities of property buying she has been really friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend her to other customers and believe she should have a bright future in the real estate world. R.Hudson.

GoogleI would highly recommend Oakheart Sudbury estate agents, the whole process has been excellent. The team have kept us updated all along the way and provided invaluable feedback and advice to help make selling our home as smooth as possible. Particular mention for Chloe who has been in charge of our house viewings and providing feedback, all of which has been very positive, and has lead to us receiving an offer. Chloe has kept in very regular contact and has always been a phonecall away when needed. Their website is easy to use and the online portal is really useful for keeping track of progress.

TrustpilotA professional estate agency with a personal touch
From the initial valuation right through to completion of sale I was impressed by the team at Oakheart. George carried out the valuation with no sales pressure and left me in no doubt that this was the agency I wanted to sell my house. During the sales process Dan took over, and with his professional insight in the property market secured a price that I was happy with. Amy progressed the sale and made sure, with gentle persuasion, that I carried out the steps required. Her ability to act as that vital link between buyer, seller and solicitors resulted in a stress free sale for me. If you are looking for a professional estate agency that takes the time to listen and keep you informed then I would, without hesitation, recommend these guys.

TrustpilotSold and bought through Oakheart
We recently used Oakheart to both sell and buy. Josh was clear and helpful when giving us a figure for our property. The process of putting our property on the market was easy and there were no fees until we sold. Buying from them was good as well, they knew the property well when we viewed it and answered any questions we asked. When we had our offer accepted and had sold, our sales progressor Annalise kept us in the loop every week and chased both our seller and buyers, which was super helpful and definitely helped things move forward. I’d recommend anyone selling or buying to go with Oakheart.
