Lovely estate agents and great experience with them. We didn't end up buying from them but we did view several properties and every time the estate agent was relaxed, polite and charming. It made for a great experience.

GoogleI visited the website, I find the lack of ability to narrow the search to a local area a bit annoying, there are only options for price and bedrooms. So properties from other areas like frinton come up when this is 45-55 minutes from my house.

GooglePoor behaviour from this company, tried viewing a property only to be told i could view it only in two weeks time on a Saturday. This day obviously convenient for them to stack viewings on the same day and create a pressure bidding war enviroment for potential purchasers. Having no part of it.

We recently viewed a property with oak heart on our mission to find our second home. We met with many local estate agents through the process and oak heart were by far the best to deal with. Approachable, personable, efficient. Jonny’s communication was second to none. He was great with our young children when we viewed the property and nothing was too much for him. He knew the property very well and could answer any questions we had.

Outstanding agents! I would not use anyone else. Oakheart have been nothing but superb as letting agents for both tenants and landlord. Billy and the rest of the team have bent over backwards to assist us with letting our property and dealing with tenants problems quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they deserve the 5 star, I wish I could give higher.

I would not recommend Oakheart.Tommy is a great salesman and very charismatic when you first speak to him, but that is where the praise ends.He first stated that I would only be signed up with Oakheart for 8 weeks, my fault that I took him at his word when the paperwork came over and I did not read fully but he had tied me in for 20 weeks.This would not have been a problem if the house had sold but it has not, I have had minimal viewings despite lowering the house price to the recommended sale price after discussing with Andrew the Oakheart manager, who himself seems clueless. When I have ask the minimal viewings that have come round, they have answered that they were pressured to come round and it was not the area they were looking for, a waste of everyone's time.I am not stating that other estate agents are better but they are definitely not as bad as Oakheart.Stay Away.

Having had two potential sales of my mother’s house fall through with another agent, I contacted Josh at Oakheart Property and from that minute everything changed! He got 20 viewings in 2 weeks and we ended up with a choice of buyers, one of which completed last week. The whole team at the Prettygate branch were amazing: they were all enthusiastic, positive and friendly and never left me in doubt that they would make that sale! Annalise was a wonderful sales progressor, always keeping in touch with positivity yet realism. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did and would recommend them unconditionally.

As a first time landlord I can’t thank Rich at Oakheart enough for making it such a smooth process. The marketing material was very professional and Rich found a very appropriate tenant all signed up within 24 hours of my flat going on the market. So to any new or existing landlords, I’d recommend you give Rich a call, he and the team at Oakheart are streets ahead of any other lettings agent I have ever encountered, who just offer such unreliable customer service. I don’t have any business with Oakheart at the moment, however after the wonderful helpful advice Richard gave me, I will be very tempted to use them in the future! GoogleWe’ve recently used Oakheart for a sale and purchase and the service from start to finish has been faultless. Tommy came to value our property, George completed the viewings and Jess showed us around what has since became our new home. From there, George negotiated our offer and Lucy handled things from acceptance. As the team had built a base before our home went online, Jess managed to secure our buyer within the hour of the very first viewing. Thanks to this, we were in a position to offer on our new home. There had been some back and forth with the offer but George negotiated fairly and secured the house for us. From acceptance, Lucy’s communication was seamless. We were updated at every stage, she kept everyone on their toes to make sure things kept running smoothly. Thanks to Lucy’s hard work and dedication to her job, we completed in under 3 months. We will certainly be recommending Oakheart to our family and friends.

I cannot fault the lettings team. They are up on all the ever changing legal stuff of having tenants & keep the landlords and tenants in good hands. I couldn’t believe a couple people left a bad review for this company but then I did notice those same people ONLY leave bad reviews for all companies they encounter. I don’t trust the type of reviewer who only complains, are they rude and bad tempered all the time, probably. Another letting agent wanted my business but I wanted the best.

As a first time buyer, avoid these people at all cost. Inflated the property way too high as soon as they see buyers intent, did not give out vital information and only about selling and making profits.

GoogleAfter six months with various estate agents and not much movement we gave Oakheart a try. Matthew visited us and was very enthusiastic about our property and confident that they would be able to sell it for us and they did. Matthew & Oakheart have been fantastic from start to finish. We would recommend Oakheart to sell your property.
