From the start, they were professional, transparent about the entire process, and incredibly friendly. We felt completely reassured that the keys to our home were in safe hands with Zav and the team. While no sale is ever entirely without challenges, Amy at Sales Progression was outstanding, she consistently chased the chain and kept in contact with the solicitors to ensure everything stayed on track. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received!

After dealing with numerous estate agents who were non-committal and difficult to get information from, Oakheart was a breath of fresh air. They even recommended a conveyancing solicitor who offered competitive rates and expedited the process.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Oakheart Sudbury recently as potential buyers. We were purchasing a property and Andrew Hurley was great throughout but sadly we had to withdraw from the sale. Tommy Scott was extremely responsive at setting up viewings for more properties at short notice and Chloe Thomas was very professional and personable when accompanying us on several consecutive viewings, going the extra mile to find out additional information on our behalf. A great team! Thank you for all your help.

After moving from a long established estate agent in Sudbury after only 3 viewings in 16 weeks, I was blown away by the impact Oakheart (Sudbury) had on my selling experience. Not only did I have 30+ viewings overall, the whole process to finally accepting an offer was faultless. Oakheart are highly professional and reliable, with a friendly and approachable manner. Even though the portal provides all the feedback information you need, Oakheart still provide personal feedback from viewings and the communication is exceptional. I highly recommend Oakheart Sudbury, with a special mention to Chloe and my only regret is I didn't use them sooner. Well done team Oakheart :)

Horrendous, if you are thinking of renting through Oakheart, don’t! They are my managing agents and have failed to repair any issues. The property I am renting has been deemed inhabitable and we have been met with nothing but disrespect. They still expect us to live in these conditions and suffer weeks and weeks worth of work. I cannot put into words how awful this has been. To the point I have had to request a termination. Not even a 1 star.

Despite our best efforts to schedule repairs in mid-December, our contractor ran into some challenges and couldn't get into the property until just last week. We know how important it is to get these issues sorted quickly, and we want you to know that both we and your landlord are fully committed to resolving this. All this was made easier due the efforts of the team at Oakheart. Antonia in particular was an absolute star, being so so dedicated to help us find our forever home.
