GoogleIt’s been just under a month since I received the keys from Oakheart, and I couldn’t be happier. Within 72 hours, the maintenance team had completed the requests I submitted, I couldn’t have asked for more. A huge thank you to Nathanial, Jules, and Allan (Ipswich branch) for making everything possible from the moment I collected the keys. I'm beyond satisfied and truly appreciative of such an amazing team!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Oakheart, and were very impressed with the level of service provided. The online sales progression tracker was really useful in keeping us informed, on top of calls to keep us updated. The team were very conscientious and professional. Would definitely recommend them!

I viewed a property and asked them to come back to me the following morning with some information regarding another viewing and some information on renting potential. I was promised a phone call by two people the following information with the information. The next morning I received a text message instead of a phone call asking if I wanted to make an offer. I texted back regarding the information. This turned into about 6 text messages which did not answer any of my questions. The property was up with another estate agent so just texted back to say I would leave it and blocked them

GoogleI had a fantastic experience viewing a property with Nathaniel. He was absolutely brilliant! Really friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The house itself was beautiful and I'm excited to be moving in soon. Since the viewing, Nathaniel has been super efficient in responding to all my questions, nothing has been too much trouble. Couldn't recommend him more :)

Avoid Oakheart. I've already left a Google review, but felt it was important to share our experience across all platforms to help others avoid what we went through. They showed a complete lack of care for us as tenants. Communication was consistently poor, and they failed to address a serious complaint about damp and mould in the property. As a result, my husband became seriously unwell, was hospitalised for two weeks, and was signed off work for three months, with ongoing health issues. To make matters worse, we've received no compensation for the furniture and possessions that were damaged and had to be replaced due to their inaction. Avoid them if you value your well-being and peace of mind.

My partner and I had previously explored the idea of buying a house, but we decided to take a different route to explore other options. From the very beginning, Nathaniel stood out for his exceptional communication and professionalism. His genuine kindness and sincere interest were immediately evident, something I hadn’t experienced with others in the industry. He helped me truly envision myself living in the property, offering thoughtful suggestions on color tones and demonstrating an impressive knowledge of the home. The property itself is one of the best I’ve seen, clean, beautifully remodeled, and full of potential. I couldn’t recommend Oakheart and Nathaniel more highly; this has been such a positive and pleasant experience.

Google5 Stars, Exceptional Service from Nathaniel at Oakheart! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Oakheart, thanks to the outstanding support from Nathaniel. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the right rental property. Nathaniel really took the time to understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond assisting me. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process, and he made everything feel smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was Nathaniel’s personal approach, I never felt rushed or like just another client. He made me feel valued and supported every step of the way. I can’t recommend Nathaniel and the team at Oakheart highly enough, if you’re looking for expert help with renting, they’re the people to go to.

GoogleOakhart were incredible for my entire experience from day 1 of enquiring to see the property up until today where the contracts were exchanged. Annalise specifically was extremely helpful and always cheerful when we spoke. Big fan, would and will recommend.

Oakheart disgust me. I wonder what their agents are doing because , rather than selling houses they seem to be agressively poaching custom from other estate agents. I would NEVER do business with this company because they are totally untrustworthy and lied to me on the phone about the numbers of properties they have sold in my area in my price range. They are not fair company and they dont listen to people when they are asked to be left alone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

GoogleRecently started renting my first property with Oakheart and my agent Nathaniel has made this moving process nothing short of simple as much as he can do. We’ve had a lot of tight corners to navigate but he has been there to help the whole way through with his quick responses, fast thinking, and persevering attitude since the viewing. This is my first property on my own and haven’t really had any idea but he has been outstanding at showing me the ropes and guiding me through each step, I couldn’t have done it without ya mate. After dealing with other problematic estate agents who had given up, Oakheart has been a breeze and Nathaniel really had been a breath of fresh air, so thank you. Lewis.

I was in the process of purchasing a property through Colchester branch of Oakheart, but later came to understand lots of information Archie and Chloe at Colchester Oakheart gave me and the contents of the advertisement on Rightmove were factually wrong!! They advertised the property as freehold, when the property was partly leasehold. Said the it was only 9 years old, when it was 20+ years old. Said the boiler is only 5 years old and services annually, when both were wrong and the boiler was 8 years old. They advertised the property ad semi-detached when it was really End of terrace.
