I was quite nervous about selling my property for the first time however Oakheart made it such a seamless process for me and were so professional throughout. My sales progressor, Annalise in particular was fantastic and kept me updated along the way. Also being able to track the status of the sale on the Oakheart website made it really easy for me to keep and eye on the progress while I was abroad - very handy! Thanks again to all the team!

After a very poor start with another agency, Oakheart came sweeping in and showed us what a top class estate agents should be! So professional and friendly at the same time. Always contactable and kept us updated on everything necessary. The office secretary was so supportive and helpful throughout our sales process. I wouldnt think twice about recommending Oakheart to anyone.

Moved to an Oakheart property recently after having very lacklustre service from our previous estate agents. Oakheart have been incredibly easy to contact and work with, as they have consistently been prompt with complaints and fixing household items. We got a new oven delivered to us within two days of us putting in a complaint, and Alesha has been a great help getting us sorted.

Can’t thank oakheart enough for getting our house sold. When we decided to sell with oakheart the process was quick, easy and as stress free as possible, the pictures were brilliant and communication was fantastic throughout, the online portal with both ours and our buyers progress is a massive bonus! At one point the sale fell through but it was resold within the week. I honestly can’t recommend enough!!!

After a disappointing experience with a previous local estate agent, I can not speak more highly of the service we received from Oakheart. We were buying our first home and every step of the way the whole team were helpful, polite and efficient and any question or request however large or small was dealt with promptly. Annalise called regularly to update us on the progress of the sale and the team arranged multiple viewings for us to see the property. Thank you to the Oakheart team for all their help, I would be sure to recommend them to anyone in the future.

Honestly couldn’t recommend Oakheart enough, every step of the way they have been incredible. Annalise is amazing..so supportive and professional - absolutely nothing was too much hassle or effort and we are so thankful for her relentless chasing of other agents. Fantastic contact and communication really highlighted by a brief interaction with another (rude!) agents further down the chain..Complete opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of service, Oakheart a total cut above the rest. I’m so glad I used Oakheart to recently sell my house. I did previously have it on the market with another agent and didn’t receive a single offer in 12 weeks. Decided to try Oakheart and they sold my house within 2 weeks. Sammy was amazing, always in contact letting me know was happening. The agent I was buying from was so awful, the difference between them and Oakheart was night and day. Sammy relentlessly chased and followed up with agents and solicitors to get to completion. Would 100% recommend Oakheart. I just wish all agents were like them.

We managed to sell our property quickly, such was our need, and Craig has been on hand virtually 24/7 throughout, with help and advice on not only our sale but also with our search for a new property. The whole team have been great especially Darren and Kelly, but special thanks go to Sammy who has given us so much help in navigating a really tricky process. Sammy has gone out of her way to overcome problems and has been able to move things forward when no one else in the chain has. We feel so much better knowing we have her help to get our sale through.
