Following a failed auction sale with a different estate agency, Dan was a complete Star in getting the sale through with a new buyer. He was always there to answer concerns, clarify queries and never let anything drift. He was very responsive and quick to respond to calls. When decisive calls needed to be made I had complete confidence in both his approach and that he would indeed do what he said he would do.
Really, he did a great job and my sisters and I thank him very much.
