GoogleNicol & Co. are a real pleasure to deal with! In particular, Tom in the Sales team, who really listened and understood my requirements perfectly. Also, Leanne in Sale Progression was an absolute superstar in making sure everything went through smoothly to completion with regular updates and just always being on the other end of the phone ready to go above and beyond to help. I can't thank you guys enough!

GoogleGreat experience with the Sales Progression team at Worcester - Leanne was in contact from the moment my offer was accepted on a property. She kept me updated regularly and quickly ironed out any issues as they arose. In her absence she was covered by Odette who was equally efficient. Excellent job by them both - thank you!!! Was also greeted with a hamper on collecting my keys - a welcome surprise and a nice touch!! Would highly recommend.

GoogleFrom start to finish the Nicol & Co team have been excellent, caring & so professional. After initial contact with Scott and a valuation taking place, it took only 24 hours to get our property photographed & sold. Tom was also helpful & quick to organise viewings. A special thanks must go to Leanne Fletcher for her hard work following our sale & purchase through. Leanne continually informed us on progress, kept on top of solicitors & was always available for advice during difficulties that arose during the transaction. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, I would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe service provided by Nicol & Co was excellent. From initial meetings with Zoe, it took just over a week to get the house photographed and on the market. We had an asking price offer less than 24 hours after the advert going live and finally sold the house for £10k over asking price. The support and communication from Zoe and the team during the sale was brilliant. Once the offer had been formally accepted, Leanne took over and worked her magic, driving through the sale and keeping us updated. I really appreciated the support from Leanne, chasing solicitors and buyers further down our chain, she really deserves a medal for her efforts :) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

FacebookWe sold with Nicol & Co, and Our exchange of our house was really stressful (not through Nicol & Co’s fault) but Leanne worked so hard to make it happen for us. She was great at keeping in touch and communicating with us, and was great at getting the rest of the chain moving and finding out what was happening. Although we didn’t end up buying with Nicol & Co, Dan was amazing at helping us identify potential properties, even before they went live. Thankyou

GoogleWe were especially impressed with Leanne and Odette’s professionalism and responsiveness to changing situations. However, to improve the customer service I would have preferred not to chase feedback from viewings and to have received a short text message or something out of courtesy. FacebookBrilliant service throughout especially when selling my property during the COVID-19 pandemic. I decided to put my house on the market with Nicol & Co in January and by mid March we had accepted an offer, unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we lost a link in our chain and decided to not re-market straight away but wait to see if we could complete the chain again. After a few weeks of discussions with our purchaser it became apparent through no fault of them that we had no chain and we decided to back on the market.Within a week Nicol & Co had found us another buyer with no chain and booked a viewing pretty much straight away. On the same day of the viewing we also accepted the offer and within a matter of weeks are now enjoying our new home which we couldn’t have done without them.I’d also like to take the opportunity to make a special mention to Coral, Dan & Evie for working extremely hard for us during this difficult time and getting the result we wanted. Would have absolutely no hesitation in using Nicol & Co Estate Agents again.
