FacebookWe recently bought our house marketed by Nicol & Co. we were extremely impressed from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and helpful and responsive and go the extra mile from Zoe coming in on her day off to show us round to Leanne who rang us every week with an update and was proactive in getting responses from all involved. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon but if we were would definitely choose this estate agent.

GoogleI have just purchased a new home and the service provided throughout has been excellent. Regular updates from Jess in the progression team at Droitwich has made the whole process quite stress free. I would highly recommend these agents. Oh, and the new homeowner pack on completion was a great touch.

FacebookWe have been very satisfied with NICOLS and the excellent service from the start. Although not the cheapest they certainly gave us brilliant service with many extras in support along the way. We have had a tricky journey to completion, but Leanne has been working up and down our chain to keep things moving for us. Our experience in viewings for our move was also excellent as we saw many properties marketed by NICOLS before purchasing. We thank them and recommend them unreservedly.

The purchase of the new house and sale of our old house had lots of issues - Nicol & Co, especially Leanne Fletcher who dealt with our purchase, were very good at chasing things up and keeping us informed of what was happening. This helped speed things up and made things easier for us.

FacebookI’ll start by saying my experience with estate agents have been dire, so when my husband and I started the process of looking for a new property it wasn’t something we were very excited for. Fast forward to contacting Nicol & Co, I was put in touch with a very friendly lady, Jasmine. When we hang up I thought to myself that was really refreshing, I wasn’t asked “what’s our position?” Or “do you have proof of funds?”.Instead I was asked what were we looking for, what areas were of interest and how she could help.Jasmine then made me aware of other properties she had on her books that matched our needs and if it was something we were interested in, she could book a viewing for those too. Not knowing Worcester, having someone so enthusiastic and willing to help, with the customer service of an angel I was so excited to finally have a positive experience.We have found our dream property, purely because of Jasmine and we couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve had very little to deal with the other team, but one thing I can say is that the phone is always answered without having to wait and by someone friendly, who is always able to answer my question or come back to me promptly with the answer. Nicol & Co (Jasmine) thank you for restoring my faith in estate agents and I will be sure to only deal with you again.

FacebookNicol & Co delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. The channel of communication remained open from the moment we had our property valued by Robin to when we collected the keys at completion. They allowed us to view properties that were on their books but were not yet on the market and it was one of these that we are now lucky enough to call our home. It was actually Matt Nicol who was in the hot seat when we sold our house and it came as a result of him following up with previously interested parties after we decided to drop our asking price slightly. Once at the stage of completing legal documentation Nicol & Co sent an employee to our house to ensure it was done correctly, thus avoiding any delays further down the line. This was an unexpected bonus that was hugely appreciated. The sales progression team were exceptionally helpful and Odette was able to guide us through answering the inquiries we received from our purchasers and Coral ensured the solicitors were working towards the timeline we had requested. Nicol & Co were there to guide us at every step of the process and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

FacebookKaren at Nichol & Co has been really helpful to us, especially as we are not from the Worcester area. She arranged viewings, and second viewings, of bungalows for us, and was always most helpful. Would recommend that if you are property hunting you speak to Karen. She will help you.

GoogleI cannot recommend Nicol and Co highly enough for their top quality service. They were exceptional from the first interaction through to the sale of our property, even during the lockdown period. I was constantly updated throughout the whole process. I must say a special thank you to Leanne in the post-sales team who has been amazing in getting us to the point of exchange. She went over and above and without her, we wouldn't have exchanged in the time frame that we did (12 weeks which is impressive in the current climate!). Very big thank you and highly recommended.
