The extremely professional team made the whole moving process as smooth as possible, from the initial negotiations to the final completion. There was excellent communication throughout and Leanne was very efficient in keeping everyone in the loop.

FacebookI recently bought a house in Worcester and having been through this process several times I am very used to dealing with Estate Agents and didn't have very high expectations. Wow was I wrong! Nicol & Co were thorough and professional throughout and their Senior Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher was an absolute joy to deal with. She was constantly in touch, with updates on how things were progressing, without being pushy, she liaised with all parties regularly, gently reminding and getting things done swiftly. The whole process was done and dusted in ten weeks which is amazing during covid times and current working practices (my last purchase took 6 months!) and that was in no small part because of Leanne's efficiency and tenaciousness. I would absolutely deal with Nicol & Co again and would recommend them without hesitation. In fact to prove a point, I am actually using them to rent the property I have just bought. It is so refreshing not to feel disappointed with the level of customer service given by a company nowadays.

Coral was brilliant in getting us and the house ready for market, then the whole team worked together to get a sale agreed within 4 days of it being on the market and then Jess worked incredibly hard to push it through to completion! I cannot thank them all enough for making what was a difficult and stressful time so much easier! ☺️

Even when things weren't going to plan (through no fault of theirs) they remained optimistic, focused and professional, maintaining contact to keep me updated on progress. We got there in the end, and I would definitely recommend Nicol & Co.

GoogleMy wife and I asked several local estate agents to value our house, including Nicol & Co. We chose Nicol & Co. because we sensed a higher level of motivation and friendliness compared to the other companies. They valued our house accurately, achieving the full asking price. The transaction was then handled by one of their sales progressors, (Jessica). Our transaction turned into a nightmare because our buyer used probably the best known cut-price online estate agents, who in due course appointed the worst imaginable solicitors. Their solicitors did not even acknowledge multiple communications from Jessica (or our solicitor), let alone action them! Jessica provided regular updates to us and to the other parties involved in the transaction. When it became apparent that the transaction was in grave danger of collapsing, Jessica escalated the matter to her sales manager (Coralie Walrond) Coral made an incredible effort to keep the transaction alive. She spent hours every day chasing the solicitors that were causing all the problems. During this period, she kept us updated every day by both phone and email. She also liaised closely with the other parties, keeping them onboard. If it were not for her determination and considerable experience we have no doubt that it would have collapsed. Eventually this paid off and the transaction was successfully completed. My wife and I give Nicol & Co. our strongest possible recommendation. They always answered their phone promptly and responded to our emails. They demonstrated incredible determination and competence to achieve a successful outcome. They also stood out for their friendly and supportive attitude throughout. We appointed them rather than another local agent primarily because we sensed a higher degree of motivation and friendliness. When the going got tough, our assessment proved to be accurate. This experience has also demonstrated the risks associated with instructing an online cut, price estate agent, and vindicates our decision to appoint Nicol & Co.

GoogleEveryone that we have had contact with at Nicol & Co have been warm, friendly and nothing is too much effort. We have now had an offer accepted on a house that unfortunately isn’t with Nicol and Co but not through the want of trying. We’d like to give a big shout out to Dan Westwood who totally restores our faith in Estate Agents and made us feel secure again in buying our first home. He’s been unbelievably supportive, regular phone calls, supported us in a bidding war and answered every question you can possibly think of. He truly is a credit to this fantastic company. Thanks once again Dan, we definitely owe you that pint!

FacebookPlaced a sign illegally on public land blocking the view of traffic on a busy main road. When asked politely on Monday morning to move it they hadn’t bothered by 5pm on Tuesday. Had been thinking of using them myself though won’t bother now

Facebookadvised we did not give notice to leave a property even after following their own goodlord login process to say we were acting the property. when disputing this with them they hung up on me and insist a further month of rent is due.

From the initial valuation process with Karen, to the viewings through Covid that were managed perfectly, Georgi was so lovely. The feedback after every viewing was prompt through to finally accepting an offer and offering on my new house was managed wonderfully by Dan and Coral. They were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me.The sales progress was handled by Jess who again I can’t thank enough. Again she was so friendly, updated me regularly and again went above and beyond to ensure a completion.Apologies if I’ve missed anyone out but 5 star service and would thoroughly recommend this estate agent.
