We have previously bought / sold 2 houses and this was our 3rd. To be honest the process is always so tedious and not very enjoyable. However this is not the case with Nicol & Co! I liked the honest pricing from the evaluation with Neil at the beginning, marketing techniques are great and Leeann is the force that drives through the aftersale process, giving weekly updates and chases the whole chain through.
