GoogleNot enough words to say how brilliant the team have been from the very start with Zoe and then through the whole process Leanne and Hannah making sure it was all going to plan not just for us but for the whole chain so at all times we were up todate. Recommend to anyone and a plus if you left a message a return call was made no need to chase a bonus

GoogleAll our dealings with Nicol were excellent with all of the staff providing an extremely professional, efficient and friendly service. This consistently high quality level gave us the utmost confidence throughout the house purchase process and was further enhanced by a number of additional "nice touches" such as the welcome box and assistance in arranging new utility and service providers. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Nicol to anyone considering moving to Droitwich or those who are selling their property.

GoogleWe found Tom from Nicol and Co. very professional and helpful, as well as being responsive to our emails and understanding of us being shift workers - he also managed to get our property sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market! Full of good ideas and suggestions as to how to make the property more sellable. Once our property was sold, we found Nicol and Co to still continue being helpful in giving us regular updates from our buyer's solicitors, as well as updates from the chain. All very friendly and approachable, and happy to explain everything to first time sellers! Would highly recommend and, if needed, will definitely be using them again.

GoogleAfter a nightmare few months of waiting, more waiting, then waiting some more, we finally exchanged contracts today. Odette and Leanne in the Sales Progression team were fantastic in their terrier like fashion to move things forward. They were both remarkably professional, well spoken and professional in their approach and should be commended for their conduct throughout the transaction.

GoogleMany thanks to the team at Nicol and Co. Selling a house at any time can be met with challenges but during a pandemic? It’s been a journey! I must mention those that have held our hand during our sale. Robin McKenzie was absolutely superb in conducting the valuation of our home. In all ways, extremely professional and able to see what we saw when we bought the house 8 and a half years ago. There was no question we’d use Nicol and Co. This was cemented by Dan Westwood who had a family in mind for our home. He sold the house before going on the market and less than 5 days after agreeing to proceed! Evie Bennett, who was by our side for many months progressing the sale through the pandemic was extremely kind, patient and understanding. She relentlessly and tirelessly communicated on our behalf, even when we were at times, demanding and exacting through a stressful and drawn out sale due to the pandemic. I can’t thank the team enough for all they did and special thanks to Evie who dealt with our sale with warmth, humour and patience.

GoogleHaving sold my Mother’s house recently through Nicol and Co’s Droitwich office I can highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and organised during every aspect of the sale. They regularly kept in contact and up- dated me. Importantly, they also responded rapidly to any questions I had and provided me with the answers. I particularly would like to mention Dan who was so proactive in finding a buyer for the house even before it had officially gone on the market , Robin who was so accurate and informed in her valuation and Evie who kept me notified of the progress every step of the way. This is the easiest house sale I have experienced and I would without doubt choose Nicol and Co again. They were excellent.

They are also dealing with our purchase, which again is going very smoothly at present although we're fairly early in the process. I would like to highlight Dan and Charlie specifically and the assistance they have provided which has been exceptional.
