FacebookWe first met Karen Smith from the Worcester office of Nicol & Co at a frankly disappointing property viewing after which she strong-armed us, in the nicest possible way, to view a property which was not at all what we were looking for but turned out to be exactly what we were looking for! We bought it the same day. Friendly, efficient, always delivers. Thank you Karen 5* !

GoogleExceptional from the outset!! The whole team are a credit to Matt and the Nicol brand. The minute we chose Nicol and Co the professionalism and attention to detail from all team members was superb. Lara, Zoe & Tom from the initial viewings and dealings with potential buyers right through to Odette and especially Leanne in Sales Progression. We couldn't be happier with everyone's efforts and quick turnaround in viewings and chase ups. Never look any further than N&C, thank you to all. Amazing Service!!

Gemma got us through the first stages which were so daunting being first time buyers but she ensured we understood everything and talked us through step by step! Leanne has been amazing keeping us informed of the updates each step of the way after our offer was accepted and chased dates and replies etc! Couldn’t have asked for a better service! GoogleJust sold my tennated house via Nicol & Co. Sales team did not feedback isues with existing team which were hindering positive viewings. On the plus side when I had an offer the progessions team led by Leanne were superb in getting sale over the line.

GoogleNicol & Co let my flat at short notice and not at the best time of year. Juri kept me fully informed throughout the process and was pro-active in resolving all of the issues with the new tenant. Sam's advice at the start of the process particularly on rental levels, where she was braver than me, was spot on.

GoogleAs a buyer of the property, I found the Nicol & Co Droitwich office to give very good rapid service. Upon viewing the property, Robin was very professional and knowlegable and continued to be so throughtout the transaction. Nicol & Co kept in constant touch via phone and e mail, and put me in touch with a 'Sales Progressor'. Leanne Fletcher was very thorough with the transaction and also negotiated money off my bill. Thank you. Droitwich office is a very professional outfit at all times; I am using them again with lettings. All appreciated .

GoogleWe dealt with Nicol & Co twice. The first time was a few years ago when we were looking at a rental property near Worcester. The lady that showed us around knew very little about the house and didn't seem very interested. That being said, we often experienced a lack of interest from estate agents because (prospective) tenants are usually not a priority. A few months ago, however, we were looking at a property for sale and I was actually pretty excited, given the positive reviews Nicol & Co has. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The lady that welcomed us at the property was friendly but she didn't know anything about the house at all. She read out a few facts from a questionnaire the owners had filled out and then she left us to look around by ourselves. I didn't mind too much, being able to explore the house by ourselves had it's advantages too. However, she couldn't answer any of the questions that had popped up. She made a note and said someone would get in touch to let us know but that never happened. The worst part was, that we made it very clear we were looking for a house with either an attic or a cellar because we needed storage. We asked to see the cellar and she said there was no cellar. I thought I must have gotten it wrong then, surely she would know. When we left she gave us a brochure with a floorplan, which showed a cellar. We didn't notice until we got home but it was quite annoying. We then received a few calls from Nicol & Co to rate their service etc but whenever I mentioned the questions that remained unanswered or the issue wirh the cellar - no one responded or asked us if we would like to arrange a second viewing. A few weeks later the property price was dropped and we purchased a different property not too long after. Honestly, based on my experience I would not trust Nicol & Co to sell my house. It didn't seem like they made an effort to sell this particular house at least. On the bright side, everyone we dealt with was very friendly.
