GoogleAs I hadn’t bought or sold a house in over 30 years, I knew I needed extra support and therefore went with Nicol & Co even though it was slightly more expensive. By and large they were very supportive and Kat Grealy from Worcester branch was particularly outstanding especially finalising the details at the end and pushing everything across the line.

GoogleJust wanted to say a massive thank you to Nicol & Co for the sale of our property. The service we received throughout was impeccable and we shall be using them again... when the next time comes! A special shout out to Hannah, who was on hand every step of the way after agreeing the sale. We were in quite a long chain, with probate issues on the house we were purchasing and Hannah kept everyone updated throughout the 6 month process, chasing up and down the chain, which is something we've never experienced when selling before. GoogleKat at Nicol & Co is an absolute star ! She really does deserves a medal for helping us with the most long winded sale and purchase of our properties. We’ve had twist and turns the whole way and it really did go right to the wire… but, at the very last minute everything went through and we’ve now finally completed! GoogleOddly enough I did not buy my property through Nicol...this time. This being said I would have preferred to. I was surprised at the different way they do things, much better than most (all the other agents I met with). Over the next couple of years I will be selling up to 3 properties and will happily use Nicol as my preferred agent.

GoogleFantastic customer service and support from Robin at valuation to Rachael at Sales progression. Helped me through each step. Happy to answer any question I had and made me feel a big part of the sale, providing information along the way to keep me upto date. Can’t recommend highly enough. This was only a house sale, however I did purchase the same house from Nicol & Co over 5 years ago.

GoogleFrom the initial visit from Neil to value to the property, to the speed of getting it on the market and quick sale, the communication via Kat was excellent. She explained everything clearly and even helped with our onwards purchase with a different estate agents, as well as dealing with solicitors extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend Nicol and Co to sell your house with.

GoogleHaving had a bad experience with another estate agent when trying to sell my house I cannot recommend Nicol & Co enough. They walk you through every element of the process, making sure you're kept aware of what's going on every step of the way. What I particularly liked was the after sale support - the "sale progressor" role - my previous experience across the years has been that once a sale has been secured you're pretty much left to keep pushing the solicitors along yourself, ringing backwards and forwards between solicitors / estate agents who in turn get onto the buyers who in turn get onto their solicitors. Nicol & Co do all this proactively for you. Kat Grealy was exemplary in this role for us. Cannot recommend enough.

GoogleNicol & Co have made the whole buying process an absolute breeze, and (relatively!) stress free. Words cannot quite fathom just how fantastic they’ve been to me and my partner; from the very start of searching for our first home in Droitwich, right up until the offer stage, they have kept us in the loop with constant updates and reassurances, which I’d imagine is quite the rarity in your every day estate agents. Myself and my partner were first time buyers who knew very little about the whole process. Nicol & Co made sure that we were fully informed and understood every step before we proceeded with anything. Even prior to having our offer accepted on our dream property, they constantly kept in touch to see where we were at with our search, and with any new properties they had coming on the market. This pro-active approach and customer care eventually led to us finding the house in which we’ll be moving into at the end of the month, and for that we will be forever in their debt. If you’re searching for the right estate agents for you, be that on the buying, selling, or even just casually viewing side, I could not recommend Nicol & Co highly enough. Also a specific shout out to Coral and Niamh who were our main contacts - whilst I have no doubt everyone in the team is fantastic, these two were an absolute dream. The best.
