Nicol & Co have been amazing from start to finish! Selling your house is not easy but Nicol & Co were amazing and made it as stress free as possible. Each and every person that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with their replies. They provided support and reassured me throughout the process. All parties were kept informed and Nicol & Co helped to liaise between buyers and solicitors to speed up the process. I wouldn't consider selling with anyone else. Highly recommended. Special shout out to Coral, Niamh, Mia, Robin, Rachel and Sian. Thank you all.

Nicol & Co have proved to be a very professional and experienced estate agent who we would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling their house. They have been particularly helpful as we do not live locally and have relied on them even more than in a standard sales process. The whole team deserves high praise and our thanks. Special mentions should go to Kat, Alice, Hannah, Luke & Dan for their attention to detail and support through out.Anyone looking for a professional estate agent should seriously consider Nicol & Co.Many thanksBill & Anne, Lincolnshire
