GoogleBooked a viewing for a property and dealt with Alice over the telephone. She was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. She followed up with early phone calls to keep me updated every step, even if there was nothing new to tell me. Jackie showed me around the property, again she was very friendly and knowledgable about the property and answered any questions honestly. She was punctual and didn’t rush the viewing. All in all a smooth and professional service at what could have been a stressful situation.
