Hi Richard. Firstly it should be noted that you are not a client of National Residential and you are not the property owner. After conversations with the property owner, it is clear that information has been miscommunicated to you. We sell all our properties via a modern online auction. As with any auction, and with any estate agent for that matter, it is impossible to sell 100% of properties. Sellers set a Reserve Price and we do our best to achieve it. We sell 50-60% of properties. Not 100%. Your Reserve Price was set at £155K. We listed the property on Rightmove and Zoopla and our auction site for 14 days and not one buyer registered interest. A clear sign it is overpriced. We spoke to the local estate agent “Lovelle” to ask their opinion and they advised that the property would sell for £140K and the market for Terrace properties like yours is not great. Therefore, rather than tying you in to an extended contract like other estate agents do, we advised we cannot achieve your price and cancelled our agreement. You incurred no costs and we were swift, allowing you to sell through other means. Tom Bates, our Sales Manager spoke to you about your concerns and you advised you would speak with the property owner and be back in touch, however we have still not heard back from you. This is unfortunate as it is clear to that you do not understand our auction process. We have written to the property owner, enclosing the actual offer letters sent to her by email and by post that states with clear transparency: “*Please note we are unable to guarantee a sale price when selling through our auction. All sale prices are subject to receiving offers from buyers and sellers do not have to accept any price lower than the price they have agreed” We even offered the owner £50 in M&S vouchers as a gesture of good will. We would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you further, however in the meantime I believe you should detract your statements as they are unfounded and incorrect. I wish you the best. GoogleNational Residential were great National Residential were great. We bought a house which was at the time of purchase, unmortgageable. National residential paid for the damp and cavity lining to be carried out on the house so we could continue with the purpose. They also recommended another mortgage broker suitable for the house and liaised with the brokers to ensure the purchase occurred within a reasonable time frame. In all we were very satisfied with National Residential and would recommend purchasing a home with them.

GoogleI was very happy with the professional manner it was handled. Selling my house.managing my Tenants. Agents. And 3rd parties. No one was disturbed. And all the work..paper work was managed by them. I had to do the minimum. I would recommend National Residential to all my friends and family who are looking for solutions. GoogleVery good experience with National Residential, never imagined buying our first property on an online auction however the process was straight forward and felt very secure. Any issues that arose mainly due to previous owners/tenants, the team were quick to provide us with an update and possible solutions. We felt the entire process was generally swift and went well. I feel that National Residential exceeded our expectations, especially with ensuring the property was completely emptied of belongings prior to exchange. Anyone who has any doubts about buying a property online or via National Residential should dismiss them

GoogleAfter being warned off 'quick sale' on-line Estate Agents, I went to National Residential as a last resort, Thank goodness I did, this company and all the staff are amazing, They got me more then I asked for, in the time limit I set. Everything from beginning to the end of the process, was easy, fast and very simple. I was dealt with respectfully, friendly and quickly. I can't praise this company enough, and would recommend them to anybody.

GoogleI was purchasing my first house, and I felt like I got on really well with all of the team at National Residential. They always kept me in the loop and I was able to call any time and get a response quickly which puts your mind at rest when your putting all your money on the line! They even put me in touch with a really good solicitor as mine was too expensive and couldn't help with the type of sale. Have already recommended them to a friend who wants to sell their home and as far as I'm aware everything was quick and easy on the other end 😄

GoogleWe purchased a flat through National Residential and were extremely satisfied in their service. They were always available on the phone or by email and there were constant updates regarding the progress. They were helpful in liaising with both my mortgage broker and Solicitor to keep them in the picture regarding any changes/updates. They made numerous promises regarding the purchase and kept them all. All in all we were very impressed. We would not hesitate to sell through them as well.
