Hi Kevin, this review is totally unjustified and without merit. We only spoke to you briefly back in June 2019 and were unable to assist you at that time as the sale price you wanted was higher than the Reserve Price, we recommended for an auction sale. So, we did not go any further. All was fine. We then contacted you last weekend on 10th November with a follow up text message asking you if you still needed help selling (we send the same message to 1000's of clients every so often in line with our GDPR policy as their circumstances change and the market also changes) asking if you wanted to discuss us helping you sell again. However, rather than speaking with someone in our team, you simply put this unwarranted review on Trustpilot. Whatever your reasons for doing so you should reconsider this, and it is totally without cause or merit. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence in our service to buyers and sellers and go the extra mile and you should reconsider your review based on your actual substantiated experience. It is not fair you put this on in response to a simple text message and I would ask you to please remove it. I am also very happy to speak to you to see if we can help you in any way. Hi Sharon, Alan and DarrenWe received a 1* review from Sharon which in our opinion is totally unreasonable and unwarranted.. I have asked you to review it based on the information below but you have chosen not to.We pride ourselves about delivering the best service possible and being totally transparent. We sold your property at a price agreed at auction and you could have rejected it at the time. Then throughout the completions process we never received a single message from Sharon all the way through to say that with Sharon nor anyone was unhappy with the service we were providing or our fees? Indeed only Darren her brother and co-owner was in contact with us and he was very happy with everything we did. Indeed we busted a gut to deliver on the fastest completion we could. We not only sold in the 28 day timescale but we completed in just 49 days. The original price we signed up for wat £135,000 and as we did not achieve the price we aimed for at auction we sold for £137,000 and you agreed to £130,000. From this fee of £7,000 we paid your legal fees. All the way throughout you were fully informed and agreed. In return for our fee and your agreement we then go above and beyond to deliver the fast completion timescales. Most auctions, such as I-am-Sold charge similar fees so what we are charging is not excessive. It is more expensive than the high street but the high street agents don’t deliver anywhere near the same results. If you want to pay estate agency fees you get estate agency results; ie 30-40% of estate agents sales fall through and their buyers are in chains and don't pay deposits and their completions take 6 months and you could still be on the market this time next year. Whereas with us the buyer paid a deposit and was chain free and completed in 49 days and your dad was moved well before Christmas which is what he wanted . You can't have a Rolls-Royce service for Robin Reliant prices. Not only this but you could have rejected this price and decided to sell with a local estate agent. Instead you agreed to the price and in return we 'delivered what it says on the tin'. I would ask you to consider your review as 1* review as you agreed the price (and you did not have to) and as a result we worked very hard at completing as quickly as possible and we had not complaints at all along the way. Indeed, even on the last day we worked into the evening going the extra mile to get the money in your account on the day, I think the 1* is a bit harsh and I would appreciate it if you would consider amending it to reflect more of the overall service we provided.

Hi Robert, thanks for your feedback. Apologies for the appointment problem - due to the tenant being in bed! We only found out when our agent conducting the viewing arrived and the tenant would not allow access. We dealt with is quickly and offered all the buyers who turned up £25 in compensation for the time/journey. These things happen but at least unlike other agents we offer to compensate our buyers.
