I found this agent on line and decided to use to sell my property, there were very professional and quickly found buyers for the property. How ever a number of deals fell through no fault of the agent, but finally a sale was agreed,I would use them again and would recommend.

Tom and David were brilliant. They are experienced and knowledgable and always do as they say. We had a tough case so a lot of phone calls were made to them but they always stayed calm and were willing to do whatever to get the sale through. Highly recommend!

It took nearly a year to sell the property. But I’ve no complaints to make because it’s not national residential’s fault for the delay. The present Covid situation has delayed everything. I would be happier if I could get a price, but the houses around there are not selling for a good price.I’m happy that the estate agent did whatever was within their means and got the property sold.
Hi Mousumi, thanks for your kind review. It was a lengthy process started in February before the lockdown. We first sold to a buyer who wanted the tenant to leave (Section 21) but Covid stopped all evictions so we then subsequently sold to a Hong Kong cash buyer who agreed to keep the tenant. There were a few matters to sort with it being a leasehold house and maybe it could have gone through a little sooner. Thanks for working with us and I wish you all the very best. Depends on who helps you in the office, there are two extremes, amazing to “improvements required”. Don’t expect quick call backs. Could take more care with making sure viewers are they say who they are. 22.9 20 Response to NR's reply on 21.9.22. Hi NR, Thank you so much for reminding me that I had posted this review. I'm afraid I have to be very humble and offer an apology. The viewer that never turned up to view my partner's property and where we waited in one evening was not the fault of NR - it's was my partner's. He failed to read his emails but never told me for a few days! I have removed my remark about your staff member - and edited the review. That was quite mean of me. Your response is quite amusing if not a little revealing. It's taken over 3 weeks for anyone to reply to me & ask the basic questions. I would have been happy to talk through my concerns at the time. It seems a little unprofessional to be making the assumptions you appear to have made publicly and incorrectly so I feel that’s a little disappointing from a prospective customer’s point of view. Perhaps I’m not the only one that needs to eat humble pie?

GoogleLooking for an estate agent can be a daunting task but when I contacted National Residential after finding their advert on a local paper, I felt an immediate sense of trust and confidence on them. They handled every query and apprehensions I had with care and professionalism. I got in touch with them easily through a phone call, email or even just a text. They will get out of their way to assist you and to get to the completion of the sale. It took me a couple of months more as originally planned for the sale to be completed but that was due to the buyer's part(looking for another mortgage lender??). Although my purchase was difficult at times it was well worth it, during the pandemic buying a house was pretty a daunting experience at times, with the constant uncertainty about what will happen in future. However David and the team at National Residential really made me feel at ease, even helping with finding a solicitor all the way through to obtaining a mortgage, walking me through each step of what was needed and what came next. We had some very testing and special circumstances when it came to dealing with the seller of the property but we persevered and eventually got through, although it took a lot longer than anticipated and completed the deal, thanks to the constant communication and up to date information. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, as a buyer or as a seller thanks to great communication, regular updates and the peace of mind you get from knowing everything is done property and efficiently.PositiveResponsiveness
