The team at National Residential were very supportive and understanding. My house had been wrecked by the last tenant and local estate agents had valued it possibly below the remaining mortgage. There were also a few legal problems with the lease that needed expert handling and the solicitors reccomended by National Residential patiently worked everything out, although it was an unusually difficult set of circumstances. National Residential's fee was reasonable given these complex circumstances. I think that the price achieved was the best l could have expected. I have another property that l plan to sell through National Residential once the current tenant moves out. I would recommend National Residential if you want a quick sale and especially if your property has technical challenges to overcome.

10 out of 10 stars for the company. I wish I could give more stars to National Residential for their staff to work very efficiently. As a first time buyer, I was very nervous and upset but National residential company staff was always there to help and guide me in every aspect of my purchase. At the end of October, we called to book an appointment but I think no one was in office at that time but after a while called me back and promptly booked an appointment. After that, we liked the house and quick response to call and very friendly staff helped us to buy our first house. The staff stayed in touch with us throughout our buying house contract until we got the keys to our house. Even after that, they sent us best wishes msg for a new home. We were the buyer and we're happy to recommend National Residential for property purchases. They handled the initial price negotiations well and although their process deadlines are quite aggressive by estate agent standards, I think they are probably effective in speeding up sales and weeding out buyers who are not serious or have slow solicitors. Importantly there was sufficient flexibility in these deadlines to allow us to complete necessary due diligence on the property. Phone calls were answered quickly, everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable about their area and when action was required, it was done quickly and effectively. Despite a delay due to the Christmas break, I was impressed how quickly the sale proceeded. If I see another property with them, I would definitely take a look and wouldn't hesitate to put in an offer if the property was suitable.

I have an extremely amazing experience purchasing a BTL property through national residential. Very professional and personal end to end service. Had a few road blocks with mortgage valuations etc, but all got resolved quickly and effectively. Tom has been quite good on the Sales side. spent loads of time clarifying everything and in securing the sale. I have used National Residential twice…

I have used National Residential twice now. Once in 2017 for an auction house I didn't buy and again this year for a house I did buy. There were absolutely no issues at all, their communications whether text, phone call, or email are extremely quick, quicker than a traditional estate agent for sure. It makes no difference to me that there are no face-to-face meetings, in fact I find it far easier to conduct business from my phone and laptop.
