Google...this is for people who want to use this firm. Think again. I say NO NO NO .I spent with them 6 months playing they games. Tom is a hoocker as soon you pay deposit game begin. He will pass your case to another person. What ever he said to you forget it, you will never speak with him again. To buy property is exciting but when you start with them your bad days start. This is not estate agent this is scam. No one professional solicitor want to work with them because estate agent not taking deposit from clients. They solicitor Aziz is a joke . You can't say a word to him. Daniel-the director flipping you over from one person to another. Rachel so busy with customer all the time you not a customer to them you are the fish they get from beginning when you pay deposit. They location in North and they selling property in South never see it .don't believe a word they say.if any body have any questions I shear with you just ask please? I lost my deposit and property.

GoogleFantastic service every step of the way through the whole process, you get a different member of staff who looks after you through each stage of the process, a really good idea, they looked after my tenant through the whole process and they sold the property to another landlord/investor. This took a lot of stress away from me knowing she was going to be looked after and wouldn’t loose her home of the last 13 years, also the property was over a 3 hour drive away from home so again this process made life a lot easier, well done the team at national residential 👍

GoogleStraightforward purchase via auction without the traditional auction jargon attached to the purchase. We agreed a purchase price on the property that was up for auction and it was sold to me with no excess fees that comes with traditional auction. Majority of the team members were helpful and efficient. Abbie especially kept me fully informed and chased up solicitors and vendor to speed up the process.

GoogleWe had to go to National Residential to optimise the sale of our property. It seems daunting initially as the paper works are online and not the traditional estate agent where you walk in. While completing the paper works , the dedicated officer was available to answer the numerous queries regarding the sale option that we chose . We also get regular updates regarding the advertisement and the interests generated from potential buyers . We got candid advise regards price . The sale completion was also less stressful.

GoogleWhen I saw this was an auction property I nearly dismissed it but I did not need to worry as the purchase was so straight forward. The team from National Residential (particularly Racheal) were very helpful, informative and went above and beyond in getting things sorted. I used the solicitor they recommended and completed within 56 days. I would not hesitate recommending National Residential if you want a personal service.

National Residential (NatRes) organised a quick, efficient and chain-free sale of our London property, securing a good price with a fast turn-around. The staff were excellent in dealing immediately by email, text and phone with any concerns we raised. The solicitors they suggested were also helpful and efficient. On the very day of completion a 'paperwork hitch' occurred and NatRes went into action and sorted everything out with the buyer's solicitor in just three hours. A good example of their excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

GoogleRoss came along with complete social distancing in place. He was very nice and easy to speak to. He had a look all round the house and garden, he then said what he thought the property was worth. He wrote a lovely review of the house which I think made ppl come and have a look. I then dealt with Akash who was really nice and kept me up to date all the way to it sold I had 6 viewings in first day but one cancelled, by the next day a cash offer was in!.
