GoogleRecently closed on our dream home. We had been through numerous agents over the last couple of years and never really found one that suited our needs. We had been outbidded consistently and even had to deal with phantom offers. This is where Matt really came into his own. He really understood our needs and we closed in a matter of weeks after initial consultation. You won't find a better agent in London

I’ve always enjoyed recruiting into their teams as they’re a fantastic business with a brilliant reputation within a wide spread of postcodes. Since the turn of the year and Ian’s appointment into the business the relationship between GKR London and Mountgrange Heritage has only gone from strength to strength. GoogleMountgrange manage my flat in Lexham Gardens, W8, and Rachel Hayman has been exceptionally reactive in dealing with all the little (and some bigger) problems which tend to arise all the time. I cannot imagine how I could have dealt with it all without her care and attention during the lockdowns etc, as I live in Belgium. The letting team were also very pro-active and very good counsel when the property became vacant. Finally, and last but not least, the sale was handled with enormous effort and professionalism by Sam Allport, who had to suffer two successive withdrawals by prospective purchasers when contracts were about to be exchanged. The third time was lucky however, and with the help of the solicitor he recommended to the purchaser, the sale was completed in record time. GoogleFrom initial engagement to the final sale of our property, the service was impeccable. Our onward purchase was a little tricky putting pressure on the chain below, but thankfully our sales negotiator Matt kept confidence in the sale to our buyers. You cant miss Matt by the way... he has an incredible moustache :)

GoogleCharlotte has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the past year. Our flat has has a number of maintenance issues and she was always extremely quick to get it sorted. Charlotte even helped us during an emergency plumbing issue over a weekend while she was out of town at a family event. We are very grateful to have had Charlotte manage our property over the past year. She is lovely to correspond with and extremely fast to help find solutions. Thank you, Charlotte! GoogleWe recently moved in to our flat that was let and is managed by Mountgrange Heritage. Everything has been great. Starting with our letting agent, Alexandra, comms were straightforward, and she was very patient and helpful during the viewings of the property prior to moving in. And now with our managing agent, Rachel, we're also very happy. Very approachable, quick responses, and responding to all our requests. Overall very happy with this agency, definitely recommend!

A letting agent with a dark soul My experience is very similar to the one shared by Harriet. I had to deal with a letting agency which was quite dismissive if not rude. Mountgrange Heritage was not afraid to * Call an oven temperamental when it was not working for 12 months . I needed to appoint an inspector for them to finally acknowledge the issue * Qualify standard to have mice in a London flat with 1000 Pounds a week rent * Hardly apology for any problem happening in the flat ( there was a decent number) * Increase the rent by 20 % after Covid crisis when the landlord initially suggested an increase of 2 % * Mock my French accent The no manner style seems to come originally from the Top Management full of what I could feel as False-Self. So don't be masochistic as I may have been. Run away there are so many nice and efficient letting agencies in London
