Emma Clowes and her team, Gillian and Charlotte, did an excellent job selling my Kensington flat. Compared to other local and international estate agents, they were very professional and thorough with their documentation, carefully qualified the viewers and most importantly once an offer was secured in record time, Emma steered the solicitors and buyers through a complicated conveyancing process through to completion in 7 weeks, despite numerous unexpected delays. If you are looking for a great Real Estate Agent in London , the Mountgrange Heritage are fantastic. Everyone we have met who works there is so helpful, so friendly and go out of their way to help you. Nothing is too much trouble and it really comes across as one big happy family. If you are looking for a an agent that listens to your needs and doesn’t get tired of searching for the right property for you then Andrew Johnstone is the man ! Andrew persisted in searching for us for over 6 months. He would send through properties and I would continually say no, but he didn’t give up looking for us until he found the perfect house for us. And then made sure the whole procedure was effortless for us. He assisted us with all the paperwork and very kindly took the time to make sure that when we got the keys everything was just as it should be. And Andrew did all of this without ever making us feel like we were anything but his priority, despite the fact that he has plenty of other clients to look after. I cannot thank him enough for sticking with us and even now checking in to make sure everything is perfect.

Highly recommended. I had a great experience with Mountgrange Heritage throughout the whole process. The team was professional, supportive, and transparent from start to finish. Natalie showed me the flat and explained everything clearly. She followed up on all the details, was very transparent throughout, and always responded promptly to calls and messages. She guided me through the process step by step, which made everything much easier. Kathryn and the rest of the team were also very helpful and supportive. I also had a few conversations with Henry, who I believe is the director. He was very professional, took the time to explain everything and was supportive throughout.
