A lovely local estate agency with a great reputation. Mountgrange Heritage always comes across as professional, friendly and genuinely knowledgeable about the areas they cover. Their properties are beautifully presented, you can tell a lot of care goes into how each home is showcased. I am always impressed by what I see from them and they have a much more personal feel than some of the bigger agencies.

We are so pleased we chose Mountgrange Heritage to sell our flat. Despite a challenging market the team remained positive and proactive. Gillian, our negotiator, was excellent. Determined to achieve a sale on our behalf, she always kept us informed and worked tirelessly to maintain the vital momentum needed to get the sale over the line. Fantastic service from Gillian and the team at Mountgrange Heritage. Gillian was incredibly helpful throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble, and the whole experience felt genuinely personal rather than transactional. The communication and follow-up were excellent from start to finish, and Gillian consistently went out of her way to make everything as straightforward as possible. Emma Clowes and her team, Gillian and Charlotte, did an excellent job selling my Kensington flat. Compared to other local and international estate agents, they were very professional and thorough with their documentation, carefully qualified the viewers and most importantly once an offer was secured in record time, Emma steered the solicitors and buyers through a complicated conveyancing process through to completion in 7 weeks, despite numerous unexpected delays. I would highly recommend Emma and Mountgrange Kensington.

As a first-time buyer, I was really intimidated by the prospect of home ownership. Alexandre Chapalain at Mountgrange made everything feel manageable from day one. He was there at every stage, from the very first viewing to showing me the property I would eventually purchase and right through to getting the keys in my hand. I genuinely don’t think it would have happened without him. Buying a property can feel stressful but Alexandre’s dedication to pushing things forward and making it work took so much of that weight off. He never let things stall, always kept me in the loop, and clearly cared about the outcome as much as I did. If you’re looking for someone who will go the distance for you, look no further. He’ll absolutely be the first person I call when I come to sell. There’s an unmatched level of care you get at Mountgrange that you just don’t get from the big agencies.

From the outset, she took the time to understand my requirements, and the properties she has shown me have been well aligned with what I’m looking for - making the search feel focused and efficient. She has been very hands-on from the beginning. During our first property visit, she showed a tailored approach of being present but at the same time giving me the space to explore on my own, which made experiencing the property so natural. She also proactively suggested arranging a second visit allowing me to get a better sense of the space and ensuring it truly aligns with what I’m looking for. As a first-time buyer, I’ve really appreciated her willingness to share clear, practical insights on both the UK property purchase process and how she sees the current Prime Central London market. Being connected with a mortgage advisor early on was beneficial in the process. She has been attentive and easy to communicate with, while maintaining a personalised approach throughout the buying process. She sets the bar on what a good estate agent should be like, and she exceeds that consistently. With a genuine interest in what we were looking for, through to helping us to conceptialise floor plans/layout changes, through to offering us to see alternative properties beyond her remit, Charlotte is extremely solution focused. Natalie quickly understood our brief and introduced us to several properties which met our key criteria. She has been very responsive throughout, always punctual, quick to return calls and with great attention to detail when it came to agreeing contractual terms & conditions. GoogleWe have just moved into our new rental apartment in London following the excellent service provided by Natalie. The service she provided during our apartment search was exemplary. Natalie was prompt in replying to any of our queries. She had a warm persona and was highly personable throughout our dealings with her. I would highly recommend Natalie to anybody in search of an apartment in the Notting Hill/Ladbroke Grove area.
