Emma Clowes and her team, Gillian and Charlotte, did an excellent job selling my Kensington flat. Compared to other local and international estate agents, they were very professional and thorough with their documentation, carefully qualified the viewers and most importantly once an offer was secured in record time, Emma steered the solicitors and buyers through a complicated conveyancing process through to completion in 7 weeks, despite numerous unexpected delays. I would highly recommend Emma and Mountgrange Kensington.

I appointed Mountgrange Heritage in Stratford Road to sell my mansion flat for me. I can only say that Emma and her team are so professional, full of sound advice and very efficient. Unlike the big chains they do not have targets for listings or calls or viewings so only do what makes sense. The buyers they bring round are fully vetted so are not just window-shopping, thereby keeping the viewing disturbances to a minimum. The close knit team is very experienced, not straight out of uni talking utter nonsense. I would have no hesitation using MH again, they are such nice, decent people to do business with.

Emma did exactly what she said she would do - together with Gillian and Madison - keeping us informed of viewings and progress. I had a fantastic experience selling my Knighstbridge property with Emma and Michael at Mountgrange Heritage in September 2025. Living on a different continent, I was nervous about managing the process remotely, especially after a disappointing experience with a more well-known agency that left my property neglected while unoccupied (windows left open, bathrooms mouldy, zero communication). Emma and Michael (and the broader Mountgrange team) were a complete breath of fresh air. They handled everything with care and professionalism, kept me regularly updated, and truly acted as my "eyes on the ground."
