Gillian and Emma served as some of the best agents I have dealt with over the past few years. Their experience, maturity and understanding were second to none and I would recommend to utilise the duo when it comes to selling your property. As soon as I gave pictures of my property to Gillian, they had tailored buyers into the apartment the next day and an offer on the table by end of the week. At first, you would think this could have been a fortunate circumstance with the current macro environment, but having been on the other side of things when Gillian is showing you a property, you see how effective she is at making people see how this could be their home and giving you the time to understand if it is for you or not. Sometimes her advise is honest and tough but it is always in the benefit of her vendors and buyers and not to just make a sale! I look forward to working with you on my next project :D

Very good to have Tom French as on-site trouble shooter .... the fact that he is himself a Landlord means that he totally gets it. And for me it gives me that sense of security that stuff won't be left hanging and I can get on with my life without fretting ... well, without fretting too much ! Emma and team were fantastic in helping with the sale of my flat. It had previously been listed with a different non-local agent who had the property for a number of months without success. We were keen to sell quickly and Emma was able to help us find a buyer (obtaining multiple offers and moving to a best and final) at a good price and above asking within two weeks of listing with Mountgrange. Mountgrange manage my flat in Lexham Gardens, W8, and Rachel Hayman has been exceptionally reactive in dealing with all the little (and some bigger) problems which tend to arise all the time. I cannot imagine how I could have dealt with it all without her care and attention during the lockdowns etc, as I live in Belgium. The letting team were also very pro-active and very good counsel when the property became vacant. Finally, and last but not least, the sale was handled with enormous effort and professionalism by Sam Allport, who had to suffer two successive withdrawals by prospective purchasers when contracts were about to be exchanged. The third time was lucky however, and with the help of the solicitor he recommended to the purchaser, the sale was completed in record time.
