Mountgrange Heritage helped us sell our Kensington apartment, and we are very satisfied. We had a price in mind, and we were not prepared to sell below. After having the apartment for sale with a large chain agency, who had endless visits without offers, we decided to try Mountgrange Heritage. After 1 visit the apartment was sold at an acceptable price. They had the right buyer for our property in their system. The selling process they handled well.
