GoogleExtremely disappointed in Mountgrange. We gave a local agent a chance at selling our property but that trust was misguided. We always felt the agent was working for sale at any cost instead of what was in our best interests as the client. I would strongly advise against instructing mountgrange to sell your property.

She has promptly answered every question we have had, replied to our queries in no time at all, and has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The teething problems that come with a new home or any maintenance queries did not feel like obstacles at all thanks to the incredible service and constant support provided.

GoogleEmma and team were fantastic in helping with the sale of my flat. It had previously been listed with a different non-local agent who had the property for a number of months without success. We were keen to sell quickly and Emma was able to help us find a buyer (obtaining multiple offers and moving to a best and final) at a good price and above asking within two weeks of listing with Mountgrange. Overall the experience was super professional, everything went smoothly and the whole team really went a love and beyond. Special thanks to Razi who was also a fantastic help in the process. I would definitely recommend using Mountgrange.

I rented through them in London. It took 4 months for them to fix the heating (and it was winter) and the bathroom fans (resulting in mold). Eventually the maintenance improved, but since I moved out, they have tried to charge me half the cost of repainting the entire 3-story home for normal wear and tear, falsely claiming everything had been freshly painted when I moved in, though it was not (and the inventory report clearly proves it was not). They quoted me a ridiculously high cost and said they wouldn't accept any other reputable contractors' estimates. We have taken the dispute to mediation. #MountGrangeNeverAgain.
Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about the problems you experienced. Looking at our system, if it is the tenancy that we believe it to be, unfortunately you would have been liaising with a third party property management company and not Mountgrange Hertiage property management. We let the property, administered the paperwork and collected the rent for the landlord but there was a third party who managed the property and dealt with maintenance issues and the deposit negotiations. Please do contact Annabel from Mountgrange Heritage if you need any further assistance liaising with the landlord or the third party management company to help resolve this, should it still be outstanding.

GoogleAvoid. They take no interest in either their tenants or landlords. Waited weeks for any information or paperwork to be given to us. Didn't receive a single thing about the Check-out inventory and deposit for 3 weeks until we had to alert them, and our landlord's new tenants didn't receive their check-in inventory either, had to phone and email many times. They are disorganised, dismissive and unhelpful. Be prepared to be contacting them a lot and hear little back. They won't reach out, even if they need to give you information.
