GoogleWe had Andrew Johnstone from the Notting Hill branch. He was very helpful and quick at communicating with us about the property. We had a bit of a miss communication at the start but Andrew managed the situation and everything was sorted out. GoogleMountgrange were the best estate agent I dealt with with regards to finding a property to rent. Chiara in-particular was amazing and so helpful in supporting us find the right place. GoogleI was a tenant for 3 years in one of the properties managed by Mountgrange. They are very fair and reasonable and whenever an issue came up, they dealt with it very quickly. I would have been happy staying a tenant with them but I decided to buy my first property. I'd like to especially acknowledge Veronica who was my direct contact. It was always a pleasure working with her. There are nightmare estate agencies out there, this is not one of them, this is one of the good ones.

GoogleThe worst agents I have come across and the bar is pretty low in London. They don't care about tenants at all. Took me months before I got any meaningful response from them but when they need something they rang me 3 times a day.

GoogleGillian Pashkarna was the Real Estate agent who sold our Kensington flat. Gillian is an amazing communicator, respectful, compassionate, selfless and a determined salesperson. There were difficult aspects to our sale but she not only guided us through them but helped us by managing certain aspects for us.
