Absolutely terrible experience. Arrogant, haughty and lazy. I had the misfortune of dealing with Sophie Voisey late, last year. This was during a tenancy. She was unhelpful, arrogant and eventually became abusive. AVOID!

GoogleWe rented an Airbnb that was managed by this company, and it was the worst experience we’ve had in London. The management is non responsive, and not proactive about dealing with issues. The place was lovely, but it clearly lacked the touch of a homeowner/caring host. The toilet wasn’t flushing, the shower drain was plugged, and there wasn’t any sponge for doing dishes either, which the latter is not a big deal, we bought one and left it there. We paid the highest cleaning fee, yet the place wasn’t that clean, and the toilet was dirty, which is absolutely unacceptable. We received no apologies, and a bad review denying everything (and lying) about what we informed them. We kindly let them know of all the issues privately, not to be harsh on them publicly, but their response was so unfair, dishonest , and unethical, I had to share this experience with the public.

GoogleThe team at Mountgrange Heritage have delivered an outstanding service, from the moment that Emma Clowes first visited the flat until the eventual sale. Emma did exactly what she said she would do - together with Gillian and Madison - keeping us informed of viewings and progress. When a prospective purchase fell through they arranged further viewings that quickly produced another offer. They did not lose their enthusiasm for the sales process from beginning to end. Gillian was effective at contacting all the parties involved from solicitors to managing agents to chivvy progress along, in a polite yet direct manner. We felt that we were safe in the hands of knowledgeable and experienced professionals.

Any minor issues in the flat have been resolved very quickly.
