GoogleBe careful of using this firm when a tenant! They held my security deposit for over 2 months, and I needed to follow up with them numerous times (over 5) to get PART of it back. The other piece is under review with TDS after having lived in a flat for 1 yr and doing no damage. Also, I used their recommended cleaners at a significant premium to the market (over £700 for a 2 bedroom) under the assumption it would mean no issues with cleaning, but I was unfortunately wrong and should have used a much cheaper cleaner. They also managed the property for the landlord and were not at all helpful throughout my time there. They were slow to respond, and didn’t fix any of the issues unless requested by the landlord to do so. We had paint chipping off walls, mold in bathrooms and numerous other issue that weren’t taken care of, and at the end of the tenancy I had to remind them of damage that was there (and missed from inventory until I told them) when I moved in as they tried to charge me for it. Beware of this firm and use a major institution instead. It feels like they’re just trying to win landlords business at the cost of the tenant.

GoogleTom French gave me a lot of help during the half month I stayed there, including the replacement of lamps and lanterns, broadband processing, and he replied to every email very quickly and efficiently. He is a trustworthy person. I hope to work well with him in the days to come as well.

My partner let her flat through Mountgrange Hetitage. Big mistake.Not only they wouldn’t do much, but the little they did was to get non existent problems fixed at high rates.The tenants were also a nightmare, very demanding and everything had to be now, despite there were things that had to be done by the freeholder.Despite we were paying fees for running the place it seemed they were siding with the tenants against us, and sometimes it seemed we were doing their job.It got to a stage where we could not cope dealing with the agent and the tenants and we had to serve notice longer than the legal time.We would never let them managing our place nor recommend anybody to use their services.We have finally got our life back and we are happy with our decision.We had problems with some of the staff but the worst of all was the letting manager. Not an asset for the company and are not surprised they get terrible feedback and loose customers.

GoogleDealing with Estate Agents can be a daunting process especially for first time buyers like ourselves. We’ve been stung and left heart broken by some agents but, we could not of had a more opposite experience with Honor at Mountgrange Heritage in North Kensington. Honor was nothing but professional, understanding and so efficient. She made us feel at ease, gave us all the information she could and was always contactable. Why can’t dealing with estate agents always be this easy? We’ve had such a great experience from the guys, I’m already thinking about using them for when I want to move next haha Thank you for everything, I couldn’t recommend using Mountgrange Heritage in North Kensington more!!
