GoogleOur agent Gwen was absolutely amazing, she made the whole experience of moving from England to Wales as smooth as could possibly be , nothing was to much for Gwen and she always replied to any queries we had regardless of how small. We felt like we had made a friend for life when meeting Gwen , she was professional, knowledge, friendly and empathetic when our chain broke down ( sold again the next week so all went well). We cannot thank her enough . We feel she is an absolute asset to your company.

It all started so well: A great first phone call to arrange to see a house and we were met there the following day by a very helpful member of staff who did a brilliant job of showing us around. We loved it and made an offer - for more than the asking price - on the spot with the condition it was taken off the market and no more viewings.We chased the office after 48 hours to be told the seller wanted to continue showing the house. This left us confused as to where we stood, so we asked the question.We never did find out. Very poor communication from someone senior the following week included a one-word email ("noted") followed later with the slightly more garrulous "I note your comments. I do not agree with them and will notify our client that your offer is withdrawn."His intervention was a masterclass in alienating highly motivated buyers and he couldn't have been a greater contrast to his colleague. And, at the time, we were still the only people to make an offer...

GoogleMMP in Llanidloes was very helpful and attentive throughout the buying process. Sadly, it took two attempts as my house sale initially fell through. MMP remained responsive,informative and generally very helpful, so I could definitely recommend them from a buying point of view.

GoogleWhilst the only in-person dealing that we had with MMP were on the first viewing and then completion day, the phone support has been great. The purchase took 5 months despite being very straightforward, all because of issues with my solicitors and mortgage advisors however MMP were very understanding and even helped me to chase things up. There were a few times where I felt a little overwhelmed with the chasing but it was more because I was frustrated with the lack of news that I could give as my solicitors were so tardy and loved giving vague updates when chased. Overall, the knowledge and support from MMP throughout has been great and they have helped to put me at ease.
