GoogleGreat communication and answered any questions we had quickly, providing all the information we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. After the service we received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MMP. I dealt with Julie Harris and Angela Tillet, who were both amazing. Picked up the phone when I called and always remembered who I was. They called me back when they said they would and responded to queries quickly, sending holding responses when they didn't have the information right away. Friendly, professional service from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more.

GoogleThe agent was very patient as the sale of my property was complex and took longer than expected, which meant some delay to my purchase through MM&P. I was never made to feel pressured and I appreciated this during a very stressful time. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

GoogleI would highly recommend Morris Marshall and Poole for anyone's property needs. I couldn't rate Gwen more highly. She is warm, friendly, informative and went out of her way to be helpful and encouraging during the viewing and afterwards. Her help/info was definitely a factor in my my decision to go ahead with the purchase of my new property.

GoogleOur agent Gwen was absolutely amazing, she made the whole experience of moving from England to Wales as smooth as could possibly be , nothing was to much for Gwen and she always replied to any queries we had regardless of how small. We felt like we had made a friend for life when meeting Gwen , she was professional, knowledge, friendly and empathetic when our chain broke down ( sold again the next week so all went well). We cannot thank her enough . We feel she is an absolute asset to your company.

It all started so well: A great first phone call to arrange to see a house and we were met there the following day by a very helpful member of staff who did a brilliant job of showing us around. We loved it and made an offer - for more than the asking price - on the spot with the condition it was taken off the market and no more viewings.We chased the office after 48 hours to be told the seller wanted to continue showing the house. This left us confused as to where we stood, so we asked the question.We never did find out. Very poor communication from someone senior the following week included a one-word email ("noted") followed later with the slightly more garrulous "I note your comments. I do not agree with them and will notify our client that your offer is withdrawn."His intervention was a masterclass in alienating highly motivated buyers and he couldn't have been a greater contrast to his colleague. And, at the time, we were still the only people to make an offer...
