I recently visited Houghton Grange and Nicky was particularly helpful, her knowledge of the construction and finish was excellent, and her enthusiasm really came across. The homes are stunning, we were very impressed.

We were looking at buying a house in Peterborough, more specifically in the Hampton area, when we met Rob at the Hampton Water development. Rob helped us a lot by taking his time to explain the whole new build purchasing process and he gave us helpful advice on the sale of our property too. He explained each of the many different ways Morris Homes could help to make the process as simple as possible. When we were ready to reserve our new home Rob did his absolutely best to get us our dream home we fell in love with, that we didn't think we could get. Rob has been in touch with us and updating us on the progress of the purchase regularly, and he even helped us resolving a communication issue between the solicitors involved in the process to avoid any delays. We are very happy with Rob and we are glad he is our sales agent from Morris Homes. Having come from a different developer's new build house, we are glad to see Morris Homes is building high quality homes and they are actually better than most big brands out there. We would definitely recommend Morris Homes to our friends and family over any other builders we've met so far.

Lizette was very knowledgeable about the new estate. She showed us the bigger house but we realised we didn’t want to spend that much. After meeting a lady buying a part share home we again looked at the 3 bed semi we had previously viewed with Phil. We loved it and knew straight away we wanted it. Lizette was brilliant. Showing us all the details, what was included etc. we have now got ourself a new home at a great price with nothing to do 👏👏👏

In the process of buying an apartment from Morris Homes at Hampton Water in Peterborough and so far we have had a great experience! Rob, our Sale Advisor, has been very helpful, friendly and professional from our very first meeting. We have been able to visit the property multiple times to measure up and to show family around to share this exciting time with them. Our plot is on the first phase which is almost complete and despite phase two being right next to it, our phase is beautifully kept, you'd almost not know you are on a building site. We are very excited to move into our new home and so far, would highly recommend Morris Homes to others!

We receive regular calls with updates and checks if we have any queries regarding the purchase of our new home. Nothing is too much trouble and her support and guidance makes what can be a stressful time much easier.

The estate is a disgrace. The roads are full of potholes and in general the estate looks tired and dirty. The green areas aren't well maintained. Our garden is disgusting. There are all sorts of building materials that have been dumped underneath which is going to costs us thousands to put right. Wouldn't recommend Morris at all. So many issues. Buy at your own risk!!!!!

We bought our house on March 23, in Stanley GardensFrom the first contact right up to today’s date, has been nothing but a pleasurable experience.Jan from the sales office had and still is extremely friendly, helpful, professional and dedicated. Any snags on the house was dealt with swiftly. The site manager called round on a few occasions to make sure that the snags were being rectified to a good standard.We had problems with people taking a shortcut and walking across our front garden.Within days of mentioning this, Morris home had extended the metal rails and put a hedge in. Fantastic response from all at Stanley gardens.Special thanks to Jan, Darren and Garry.

We bought a house on St Mary’s Park in Preston, and from the minute we met Carol, the sales agent, we were blown away with the sheer care we were shown to our needs and what was important to us. Buying a new home for anyone is a huge decision and purchase as was even more so for us as we were moving into a completely different area. From the first visit to every other visit, even if it was to watch the progress of the build, Carol was just amazing, along with Vicky too, following that we met with Shawn the site manager who again has been incredible and any little detail which just needed a quick fix after moving in, he along with Lewis have been extremely supportive, helpful and have completed any snagging without question or hesitation and with a friendly face and a smile.This is not my first purchase of a new home, however, the service level throughout from Morris has been nothing more that outstanding. I would recommend anyone to buy a Morris home without hesitation. We love our new home and that’s thanks to Carol, Vicky, Shawn, Lewis and the whole team at Morris, who are a credit to this company. Thank you so much.

I bought my first home on St Mary’s Park in Preston from Morris Homes and couldn’t be happier with the experience.Carol and Vic from the sales office went above and beyond from the start, helping me make all the right decisions and answering any questions I had. The show homes are immaculate and beautifully designed inside. I was the first person on my street to move in, so I’ve been living amongst the active construction. However, the builders are really courteous of the people who live here and they keep the site tidy, even cleaning all of the streets every Friday. The great experience doesn’t end after you move in, any issues were sorted out promptly and without fuss by Shaun, the site manager, and he went the extra mile to offer help with anything I needed.The Morris Customer Care team have also been outstanding and they respond quickly. For the few small things I’ve needed to go to them for, they’ve sent someone out next day or even same day if someone is on site. Overall I’m very happy with my Morris Home and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a tour of some of the site today and viewed a couple of house types. Nikki, the Sales Advisor was really friendly, helpful and informative together with the Regional Sales Manager who was on site today who take their time to explain the site and house type details and comparisons. Also got to chat to some residents who had great things to say about Houghton Grange. Really lovely development, well spaced out plots and green areas.

Shocking customer service. Don’t get fooled by the sales experience.customer care simply ignore you until your warranty is up.They are probably the worst builder out there in terms of customer care. In our estate everyone is complaining and they ignore us. Even the MD has been involved, same attitude!Buy from any other builder NOT Morris Homes
