CHRIS IS FAB!

We are due to complete our purchase with Morris Homes in a couple of months and we have been extremely impressed with our salesman Chris at Arden Park. We originally were against buying a new build for our family home, having had a bad experience with a different developer in the past. We viewed many second hand houses but decided to give Morris Homes a chance as we liked the idea of a smaller developer. When we walked in we were greeted by Chris who instantly made us feel at home in the office. He let us have a wander of the show homes and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of the rooms. At our first appointment there was absolutely no pressure at all to make any decisions and Chris was very understanding of our previous hesitations towards new builds. He really showcased how Morris Homes cares about the client and we felt instantly appreciated. He listened to our needs and expectations and has met them completely. We had an appointment with Alison Ayres, the Sales Consultant at The Orchards, Shelbourne Estates, Fulbourn, and we were genuinely impressed by her outstanding service. Alison is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything in detail, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure we understood every aspect of the development. She made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the appointment, without making us feel rushed or pressured. We have visited many housing developments and met several sales consultants during our house-hunting journey, but Ali has truly been the best by far. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and warm approach really stood out to us. Thank you, Ali, for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. Chris has been absolutely fantastic

Chris has been absolutely fantastic. He’s incredibly welcoming, friendly and genuinely makes you feel at ease. What really stood out to us was how approachable and understanding he is, there’s none of the usual pushy sales approach, and instead he genuinely takes the time to actually listen and understand. His knowledge is brilliant, and he explains everything clearly without ever making you feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving people the right experience rather than just making a sale. Honestly, it’s a pleasure dealing with Chris. He’s a real credit to Morris Homes. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

We were first sceptical about new builds but..

We were first sceptical about getting a new build as our next family home, however from the first moment we met Jess, she took the time and effort to talk us through our options and addressing our queries. We now know exactly what we want thanks to Jess and we can’t recommend her work enough. Please note this review relates solely to Martin the Site Manager. He (and his small team of workmen, particularly Tom) has been excellent, always going the extra mile to help. Martin is a credit to the Company he works for. He is professional and polite, even when faced with difficult situations , and there's been a few. Inspite of these he has delivered solutions. Martin can be relied on, trusted and does a brilliant job , the sort of person that is rare today.

Great quality home and excellent after-sales support

We’ve had a very positive experience with Shelbourne Estates. The properties are well built and finished to a good standard, and we’ve been very happy with our new home. Buying a new-build naturally comes with a few questions and snagging items along the way, but the after-sales support has been excellent. A special thanks to Alison from the sales team, and Matt and Michael, the site managers, who have always been approachable, responsive and helpful. They’ve dealt with all our queries, requests and snagging issues and have made sure things are followed up and resolved. We really appreciate all their help and support, both during the buying process and since moving in. We would happily recommend Shelbourne Estates.

Brilliant customer support

Would absolutely recommend Morris homes to anyone! It was a quick and easy process throughout. As first time buyers the Morris homes team made the process very easy and took away lots of the stress. When moving into our new home the site manager Martin Lee was always very supportive and helpful throughout, anything we needed was done in a timely manner and there was always constant communication. He’d always check in and make sure if anything else was needed and any questions we had he’d always assist throughout. We’re very happy with our home and the customer support we have received throughout. Can’t fault Morris homes, very reliable and trustworthy.

Bartle Meadows, Preston.

We have recently moved in to a Morris Home new build on Bartle Meadows, Preston. I cannot recommend this particular development enough, right from the get go we have been thoroughly looked after. Paula and Jo in the sales team do a fantastic job at putting you at ease through a normally stressful process. Their communication has been brilliant with clear updates at every step. Once we moved in, Matt and Shaun made sure our home was perfect with every little minor niggle being sorted in the first couple of weeks, bearing in mind they were only three minor cosmetic niggles. They have also made our move in process so much easier, helping with any excess waste we had and even tasking a painter to come round to touch up any nicks we made when moving our furniture in. I have heard horror stories from some housing developments (not Morris Homes) in the area, our experience has been nothing but positive with the team at Bartle Meadows.

My sister and I dropped into Arden Park…

My sister and I dropped into Arden Park today to view the show homes and were welcomed with open arms and provided with a lot of information about the houses on the development. We were able to visit one of the houses which wasn't a show home because we were especially interested in that style. Ruth really knew her stuff and provided helpful comparisons between the Morris Homes and the Shelbourne Estates homes (sister company) which are also on the development. In the process a buying a new home at the meadow Macclesfield, Wendy has been amazing throughout! From the moment we saw the house on the plans we knew it was the one and didn’t hesitate in reserving the property. Wendy talked us through how everything worked when buying a new build and was very knowledgeable. Very Good Customer Service

It has been wonderful journey from reservation until completion. Sales has been very supportive and especially Jess Williams who has been very collaborative and tried to resolve all open issues to the extent she can. We have recently purchased our new home in this lovely development.

We have recently purchased a new home with Morris on the Greenmount Manor development in Bury. We have been in the property for just over three weeks. Having purchased a new build previously through a national house builder, I had a perception of how the process would be and the issues that may crop up. With Morris it has been such a positive experience for us and we couldn't be happier with our new home. I would just like to say a big thank you to Claire Glassey from the sales office who has been extremely friendly and supportive through the whole process ( So lovely that we wish she was going to be one of our neighbours!) And also thank you to Dean the site manager, he really has gone out of his way to make sure that we have settled in to our home and made sure that everything has been to our satisfaction throughout.

The Meadows in Macclesfield

We visited The Meadows in Macclesfield, we were impressed with the high standard of work evident in the show home. The house we were interested in had a reservation on it but Wendie kept us up to date with how that was progressing. She arranged a plot visit for us, took time out to show us the available fixtures and fittings should the plot come available. In the end, we decided the house wasn't for us due to the location as it was too much of a relocation for us. Wendie was amazing, so understanding even wishing us luck with our eventual move. I can't fault her professionalism and caring nature, she is a definite asset to Morris homes.

Lizette at Princess Meadow is great!

We went to Princess Meadows and spoke with Lizette. It was an initial enquiry as we are at the beginning of our home move adventure and just wanted to look around to get a feel for the houses/estate, but Lizette was lovely from the off. Friendly, honest and upfront

Visited St Mary’s Park today with my husband and met with Vic. We really enjoyed our visit, we found Vic was really friendly and easy to talk to. Nothing was too much for her and she explained everything well to us. She had great knowledge of the plot and properties she had available to sell.
