Would absolutely recommend Morris homes to anyone! It was a quick and easy process throughout. As first time buyers the Morris homes team made the process very easy and took away lots of the stress. When moving into our new home the site manager Martin Lee was always very supportive and helpful throughout, anything we needed was done in a timely manner and there was always constant communication. He’d always check in and make sure if anything else was needed and any questions we had he’d always assist throughout. We’re very happy with our home and the customer support we have received throughout. Can’t fault Morris homes, very reliable and trustworthy.

Hugglescote Grange - We couldn’t be happier with our new home! From reserving our home to a few months since moving in, everything has been spot on. Jack made the buying process super simple and good fun, we always felt welcome when visiting and he kept us informed of progress. Martin and the site team have been brilliant since we moved in, they’ve remedied things quickly (we’ve had only small snagging issues, nothing major at all), and always been extremely helpful. I’d say the whole team go above and beyond - even down to helping us move a pallet, watering the garden, and giving us a skip to get rid of rubbish. We couldn’t recommend them enough - thank you!

My sister and I dropped into Arden Park today to view the show homes and were welcomed with open arms and provided with a lot of information about the houses on the development. We were able to visit one of the houses which wasn't a show home because we were especially interested in that style. Ruth really knew her stuff and provided helpful comparisons between the Morris Homes and the Shelbourne Estates homes (sister company) which are also on the development. In the process a buying a new home at the meadow Macclesfield, Wendy has been amazing throughout! From the moment we saw the house on the plans we knew it was the one and didn’t hesitate in reserving the property. Wendy talked us through how everything worked when buying a new build and was very knowledgeable. We’ve had problems with our buyers and Wendy has been on the phone chasing everyone in the chain to find out what is going on. We have recently purchased a new home with Morris on the Greenmount Manor development in Bury. We have been in the property for just over three weeks. Having purchased a new build previously through a national house builder, I had a perception of how the process would be and the issues that may crop up. With Morris it has been such a positive experience for us and we couldn't be happier with our new home. I would just like to say a big thank you to Claire Glassey from the sales office who has been extremely friendly and supportive through the whole process ( So lovely that we wish she was going to be one of our neighbours!) And also thank you to Dean the site manager, he really has gone out of his way to make sure that we have settled in to our home and made sure that everything has been to our satisfaction throughout.

We visited The Meadows in Macclesfield, we were impressed with the high standard of work evident in the show home. The house we were interested in had a reservation on it but Wendie kept us up to date with how that was progressing. She arranged a plot visit for us, took time out to show us the available fixtures and fittings should the plot come available. In the end, we decided the house wasn't for us due to the location as it was too much of a relocation for us. Wendie was amazing, so understanding even wishing us luck with our eventual move. I can't fault her professionalism and caring nature, she is a definite asset to Morris homes.

We recently put a reservation in a house after weeks of deliberation in Northampton. The one thing that made all the difference was the assistance of Michaela. She was ever so patient with us no matter how many times we returned to ask more questions. She answered all the questions fully and got the other answers that she didn’t have in a timely manner. When she said she would let us m ow, she always did. Michaela was so lovely even standing in the house with us and giving us design ideas and really listening to what we wanted in our home and worked with us to make that a reality. One Saturday I think she spent nearly the whole day with us going through papers, pulling out blue prints to answer yet more questions, and going back to into the house to help us visualize the space. She never ever made us feel like we were being too much or that the next question wasn’t welcomed. Michaela was never impatient or hurried us. Just an incredibly friendly vibe and a lovely “here to help you” attitude. She genuinely cares about the customer and wants them to be happy which is a rare find in this business. And in the end we made the reservation for the home because of the expertise and help she provided. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think we would have got there. Michaela really went above and beyond and we are seriously grateful for her help. We are looking forward to moving in. Thank you so much! It was an absolute pleasure to write this review!
