From start to finish, Kim made the entire process smooth, effective, and genuinely pleasant. Buying the house was a great experience with Julie and the team in the office. They helped us through the process and kept us informed along the way. The house itself is a lovely design and overall we’re very happy, however, some of the cosmetic workmanship wasn’t up to standard. Brush strokes in the paint, dust in the paint, rough wood not sanded etc. The aftercare has been amazing! Matt the site manager has made himself available, listened to our issues and got them sorted incredibly quickly. He’s an asset to the site!

My wife and I recently had to go through our legal documents and other issues relating to snagging.We have had to raise various issues via the ladies in the Aftercare team, who have been nothing short of BRILLIANT.We have to mention first and foremost, Feliciti who has been outstanding, and not leaving out Emma and Kate, who have been assisting Feliciti in her absence.It is so refreshing when you receive such HIGH customer satisfaction from these ladies who work under a lot of stress, as most calls we assume are of negative nature.But we want to buck the trend and explain how brilliant they have been, and fully deserve all the praise they get.As customers, we are very quick off the mark to make complaints, but rarely go out of our way to compliment people when they do a brilliant job.We realise that we have mentioned Morris Homes a number of time, but for us, we will carry on praising them as they ALL do a wonderful job with very little praise.In addition, our gratitude extends to Shad M (we are not allowed to disclosure full names) in the legal department, who swiftly contacted our solicitors regarding a major issue in respect to the title deeds.His swift action on Friday the 8th of November, may have saved us a lot of legal issues,stress,inconvenience and future delays as well as cost.You went out of your way the very minute our concerns were raised, what a fantastic customer service. We recently reserved at property on the St Mary’s Park development, and our experience so far has been fantastic. We are always warmly welcomed by Carol, who is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all the properties available, including all the added extras that come with the property. The show homes were of great quality, and we appreciated being able to explore them at our own pace without feeling pressured. Carol made sure to answer all our questions and offered to keep us informed of any updates. We are yet to meet Vic but she too has been very helpful over the phone. Anybody buying homes on new estate's, look a bit further in the future. Getting anything done is a nightmare, the drains on our estate have now been blocked for over a year, despite calls emails etc nothing has been done. I have even supplied video evidence of the torrents of water streaming past my house, still nothing. Took twelve months for a broken paving stone in the middle of the road to be repaired. The estate maintenance is out sourced, then sub contracted again, price goes up every six months and the visits get fewer. It really is disgusting. Would have been better off buying a tent.

Couldn’t be happier we our move into our new home at Latham Grange. Lisa was such a huge help for us during the whole process. She definitely went above and beyond to help us get moved in . We had a lot of trouble with solicitors and delays, but Lisa was constantly there to help us out and get us into our new home. She’s been there from start to finish to offer us advice, help chase things up, and reassure us when things looked a bit unsure. Now that we have moved in, Lisa is still available and is providing us with support with any enquiries we have. We are looking forward to the remainder of the houses being built, however, we’ll be very sad to see Lisa leave the site.Highly recommend Morris Homes to anyone looking for a new build.

She was very helpful in negotiating with the company. Communication is good and timely. I recently viewed some new build houses at Princes Meadows, Lytham & had the pleasure of being dealt with by sales advisor - Hannah Pendergast. I have never been a fan of new build homes however the quality of the Morris Homes show homes viewed & the professional friendly treatment we received from Hannah has changed my opinion. Hannah knew everything about all of the house designs & answered every question asked immediately. She was extremely professional !The quality of the houses were finished to a very high standard & offered good quality appliances. The only downside for me were the garden sizes weren't very large although that's what I expected from a modern housing estate.Seriously considering relocating to this development. Thank you Hannah !

Went to look at there homes on Thursday 15th August. The lady i spoke to think her name was Ruth was very knowledgeable and very helpful she asked me what I was looking for. And know exactly what I needed she showed me the Banstead and that home looked perfect to me but unfortunately they did not have one available for me to look at inside so will have to go to Warwick to look 😔 but she made me a appointment to view one there for Saturday. I also liked the scheme they are doing called smart move and will be using that if I go ahead after viewing the home. Best builders I've been to in terms of sales

The Willows is a lovely peaceful development on the edge of the village of Kineton near Stratford upon Avon. Geeta showed us around the development and into the last few homes that were available. Geeta is very knowledgeable about the different homes, their dimensions, the room sizes and the plans in relation to one another. She understood what we wanted and needed and was able to guide us in the ‘right’ direction. Geeta was friendly and very professional and took us through the process of selling our old home and buying new. Geeta is to be fully recommended and praised for the nearly 4 hours she spent with us and her tireless and professional manner.

The sales advisor Lizette, at the Broadacre site in Lytham St.Annes has been extremely helpful from the moment I decided to buy a Morris Home. While the pandemic caused building delays, it was worth the wait and she was helpful all the way. She is a very pleasant to deal with and I’ve had no problems with the company. Any small snags that the building had were dealt with very quickly. I’ve been in my new home two years and I love the style, layout and location.
