My dad and I popped in to the Station Grange site today and spoke to Jess. Jess was incredibly helpful and made us feel so very welcome. Excellent information about the site and so lovely to hear how the historical buildings and beautiful trees are being preserved. Lovely show homes as well!! Thank you Jess

We moved in a couple of months ago and have had an excellent experience. Ali in the sales office has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and very patient with us. We weren’t the quickest to make a decision (we never are), but Ali gave us the space to go at our speed. She walked us through the process clearly and confidently, even though at the time she’d only just moved to the site herself. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Having now been in our home just under 2 months we can say we have had a wonderful experience with Morris home. Jack in sales and the site management - Martin and Richard have been great - nothing has been too much trouble! We had a few minor snags when we moved in -nothing out of the ordinary biggest and they were efficient at getting them sorted for us, not everything happened over night but everything was completed in a timely manner and nothing was too disruptive for us. Jack has been helpful in reporting any issues for us and helped us with any questions we might have. The whole process of buying our new home has been made very smooth with the help of Jack and Pauline in the sales team, they have bother been so helpful and always very friendly and approachable.

We have been in our property on Greenmount Manor for nearly 7 weeks now. The standard of service we received from Clare and Dean the site manager in the run up to us purchasing has not wiltered at all. They have been great at keeping close and ensuring we are happy and dealing with any problems (not that there have really been any) quickly. I cannot recommend Morris enough, the ease of the process, the quality of the build and the top level staff they employ to ensure you are looked after are all fantastic.

Really happy with the service from Rob at Shelbourne Estates, Hans Park Grange. I had originally arranged to view just one property, but when he realised the garden wasn’t quite right for me, he was more than happy to show me another house as well. He was very understanding, polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him.

We recently purchased a new property on the grange estate - was very excited as we had an older property before and looking forward to having all new. The service before completion cannot fault Morris Homes. Very helpful until we exchanged contracts - the 1st couple of months the property was great, then the issues started, which we expected being a new build. What we wasnt expecting was the lack of customer care from Morris. We are nearly 18 months in and still refusing to sign happy with the purchase. So far our bi fold doors have been attended to 7 times and adjusted as they keep sticking with us having to use our annual leave and wait in all day (issue not been resolved 18 months in). We have also had 6 visits for ticking pipes all through the house, had my ceiling ripped out patched 3 times with plasters and painter and cleaners coming ever other day. Again this issue hasnt been resolved and are still ticking with no luck from Morris of having it sorted. I have had two new front doors as they wouldnt lock and sit right (this is one issue now resolved). The area manager doesnt respond to any emails and seems to ignore us even though he was supposed to be dealing with the issues. The site manager we have never seen so all in all the after care is awful but the house is lovely if issues have been sorted.

I never in a million years thought I would buy a new build house, I was struggling to find a property to purchase and was talked into looking at new builds. I walked into the Morris homes showroom and met Megan her knowledge was second to none she was incredible, Megan managed to answer every question I had in an instant! I agreed to buy a Morris Home and Megan was there every step of the way any question (and I had many) was answered immediately. I would recommend Morris homes to anyone but also anyone with any doubts about a new build speak to Megan!

I was looking for a new home for myself and my children, a stressful time! I wasn't relishing the idea of meeting salespeople at all! I had no need to worry! Jess at Hunsbury Grange has been patient and knowledgeable! Communication is quick and easy. She has never been pushy or tried to coerce me into decisions. We visited the Morris homes Pavillion site in Formby, Merseyside today. Met Margie the sales lady who is very friendly and professional. Gave us lots of information about the site and as we have got a buyer for our house we will be able to put a deposit down on one of their homes later this week. Everything in their homes are very good quality and specifications are of a high standard. Margie is there to offer support all the way on a purchase and we wound highly recommend her. We are on a tight budget and she is very helpful in ensuring we meet our expectations financially. She is certainly a great asset to Morris homes. Also thanks to Ann who we met last week at the site. Thank you both and see you later next week when we return with our deposit. Peter and Tina
