Purchased a property on the Churhfields Development in 2022. I dealt with Julie who was amazing guiding us through the sale, she is very knowledgeable and approachable keeping us informed all through the sale on what was happening. After being in the house now for nearly 2 years i would just like to say how happy we are in our new home.

TrustpilotAmazing Experience - Pavillion Row & The Grange
After our visit to Pavillion Row I left feeling more that confident that being first time buyers we would be thoroughly looked after, Margie was so knowledgeable and explained every aspect to us in great detail. The houses are beautiful and maintained to a high standard. We had previously visited The Grange and felt the exact same after speaking with Claire, both consultants went above and beyond although out of our price range I would still highly recommend Morris Homes.

I recently visited Lathom Grange and had a great first appointment with Lisa (Sales person) who after visiting a number of builders was able to reassure us of a home that we are looking to buy in the future. Lots of paperwork and plans were shown and discussed. Lisa welcomed all our questions and we can't wait to revisit in the near future.

TrustpilotSt Mary's Park
I have been looking for a 4 bedroom family home for a while now, I found this development by looking online so I popped in to have a look, I was met by Carole and Vic who welcomed me in and really helped me with what Morris Homes had to offer and what choices were available to me. I will definitely be revisiting again with the rest of my family. Thank you both very much.

Lizette has been fantastic with us on our journey so far to purchase a property at Broadacre. We first dealt with Lizette back in 2014 when we bought our first Morris Homes property and she continues to be as professional and diligent as ever this time around also.

TrustpilotArkall Farm - Excellent customer service and high standards
Tracey at Arkall Farm has been so helpful and supportive every step of the way. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has been there for me the entire journey. She has made the whole process easy and stress free whereas it’s normally a highly stressful time. Morris Homes should be proud to have such an employee. I highly recommend Tracey. Morris Homes produces work of high quality and provides plenty of choice to make the house your home.

I recently visited Morris Homes at Tamworth as I am thinking of moving home in the near future. I hadn't got an appointment but Tracey very kindly showed me around the showhomes. Very impressive! She couldn't have been more helpful and I will bear that in mind when I finally make a decision to move. Thank you.

Phil was very helpful today. He took us round a house we quite liked. Explaining everything we asked. As it turned out it wasn’t quite what we wanted. We wanted something larger. He suggested going back tomorrow to speak to Lizette but to phone first.

TrustpilotJust awful build quality and aftercare
Just awful build quality and aftercare. Moved into our house and immediately had drainage issues which were caused by negligence during pressure test of the system and Morris Homes failing to remove the balloons from the drains, causing the whole house to back up. Then we had water through the ceiling because the shower waste was fitted incorrectly. Heating zones didn’t work and an upstairs radiator still connected to the downstairs zone - I can’t face them ripping down any more ceilings. Gas cut off on New Years Day because of a nail through gas pipe. Guttering not draining to down pipe, kitchen worktops not flush on the joins because flooring was put down afterwards and plinths forced back on without cutting down. The list goes on, and on, and on. Onsite builders very prompt to resolve issues for the first couple of weeks but as we were the last house built, they disappeared into the sunset and left us with their aftercare ‘service’, which I can only describe as woeful! I was then chased by the management company for my annual maintenance charge, despite having paid the first year up front to Morris Homes via my solicitor. Took nearly 2 years to resolve this and the reason for the dispute was that Morris Homes had kept the monies for themselves rather than pass it to the management company. Let’s now talk about the state of the estate… I always thought the lack of maintenance was due to FirstPort but we now know that all the unmown areas are still supposed to be maintained by Morris Homes and we still don’t know why we have building site roads despite the builders leaving 2.5 years ago. It’s a poor show and while I’m stuck with this level of service, hopefully others will read this and spend their money with a better builder or have their solicitor draft suitable contract terms to allow recourse against Morris Homes

TrustpilotSt George's Fields - Morris Homes failing its customers!
I do love my home, but feel quite let down with Morris Homes from an after-sales point of view. The roads on the estate are still not finished, despite the estate being fully completed over 2 years ago. We also have a constant battle with Morris Homes and their appointed contractor First Port, to keep the estate maintained. Residents have been fobbed off for months and months with the same excuses and a lack of care, or most importantly, lack of action by Morris Homes.
