We viewed one of the new homes on the Wintringham site in st. Neots today. Angela took us around to the property, she was very professional, helpful and friendly and took time to explain the process of the smart move to us both. Would highly recommend Angela from morris homes.

Went to look at there homes on Thursday 15th August. The lady i spoke to think her name was Ruth was very knowledgeable and very helpful she asked me what I was looking for. And know exactly what I needed she showed me the Banstead and that home looked perfect to me but unfortunately they did not have one available for me to look at inside so will have to go to Warwick to look 😔 but she made me a appointment to view one there for Saturday. I also liked the scheme they are doing called smart move and will be using that if I go ahead after viewing the home. Best builders I've been to in terms of sales

We spontaneously came to look around the area to get an idea of the estate and the property’s.On the off chance we knocked the sales office door and spoke to the wonderful Jeanette who was very accommodating and welcoming. We also had our children with us, Jeanette was so good with them and offered them cakes and sweets and was so patient. Jeanette was vey personable, professional and knowledgeable on the various building types and schemes. Jeanette spent a lot of time with us, going over the different options available.We would certainly recommend Jeanette and Morris Homes to people looking to move to this area.Thanks so much for helping!Michelle and Steve

The Willows is a lovely peaceful development on the edge of the village of Kineton near Stratford upon Avon. Geeta showed us around the development and into the last few homes that were available. Geeta is very knowledgeable about the different homes, their dimensions, the room sizes and the plans in relation to one another. She understood what we wanted and needed and was able to guide us in the ‘right’ direction. Geeta was friendly and very professional and took us through the process of selling our old home and buying new. Geeta is to be fully recommended and praised for the nearly 4 hours she spent with us and her tireless and professional manner.

We visited this site to view homes as first time buyers. Rob Conlan-Clark was absolutely fantastic - it was clear he was a man with lots of knowledge and experience. It was our first ever house viewing and Rob gave us the time to browse apartments and homes at our own pace. We was able to answer all of our questions.Although we didn’t go ahead and purchase due to personal reasons, I’d happily buy a home from Rob in the future.Thank you Rob!- Muhammad.

FacebookWe have a lovely community on the estate we live (Copeland Drive, Standish, Wigan WN6) but we feel completely let down by Morris Homes. The communal park area which is their responsibility has been left to completely rot and is now an absolute eyesore and a space that cannot be enjoyed by children and their families. They are simply not interested and never respond to any of our concerns. Is anyone even reading this from Morris Homes? Hello?? .. I suspect not. Such a shame and extremely disappointing. Would make me think twice about purchasing from this house builder in the future.

FacebookIf you want to see how Morris Homes treat the communal play areas on their estates once they’ve sold all the houses take a look at Copeland Drive Standish WN6. Overgrown trees, weeds, play equipment not maintained properly (and removed but not replaced when it fails H&S inspection)

FacebookBought a Morris Homes on Copeland Drive in Standish, who provided a children's park as part of the planning conditions. Unfortunately, the park deteriorated and Morris Homes are totally disinterested in it.

We have had numerous issues with our house which have taken the best part of a year to resolve and when repair work has been booked in their contractors do not turn up. I have taken time off work multiple times now and this issue keeps happening. Unreliable customer care and no apologies or offers of goodwill provided at all.

I cannot fault the warm friendly and very helpful service I received from Lizette the lovely sales lady at the Broadacre site. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable about the site and area, able to answer lots of questions. The house I’m purchasing is almost complete apart from the garden areas and Lizette was able to show me around safely whilst the builders were on site putting my mind at ease.
